I have used Olaplex shampoo and conditioner for two months. My hair has become lank, my scalp itchy. What's worse, I recommended to my DIL soon after buying, she used three times and her entire face broke out with tiny, itchy bumps under the skin. I would not recommend these pricey hair products.

Da Olaplex so angepriesen wird von Haar Stylisten wollte ich die Produkte mal ausprobieren. Ich habe N°4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo, N°4D Clean volume detox dry shampoo und N°6 Bond Smoother bestellt und ausprobiert. Keines davon ist ein gutes Produkt für meine Haare. Vom Shampoo fielen mir sogar büschelweise die Haare aus, abgesehen davon dass meine Kopfhaut plötzlich wie wild zu schuppen anfieng. Der Smoother liegt schwer auf den Haaren und zieht nicht ein, es pflegt also nicht. Das Trockenschampoo war sowieso ein Versehen, aber damit kann ich auch nichts anfangen. Der Hype um Olaplex ist mir ein Rätsel.

Using the product since more than 1 year now. First i only bought nr3, nr4 , nr5. It was ok but nothing soecial, just like a supermarket product. I thought if i try the entire product line it will make the promises. I have tried 0, 8 and now bought 6 and 9 and my hair its fizzier then ever. My hair is only slightly curly/wavy, not afro and was not particularly damaged. Ising Olaplex was a huge waste of money.

went to the Olaplex (Canada) site to order a product. Tried the product in the past and it smelled good. I hate strong smelling products. The product also cuts the static in winter. I was sent a "15% discount on my first order" and that was what made me choose between Olaplex and another company. They also offer free shipping. As I am checking out i get a pop up "NOT available to you". very strange as I had to fill in my address before finalizing the order. The only thing that stopped me from cancelling the order is the free shipping. Lesson learned. I am very annoyed

Website is not great, you press things and don’t work smoothly. If you buy something and want to track your order you are obligated to download another app to track it, where you need to give you information like email and phone number otherwise you can’t track your purchase! I made an order on Sunday and today is Wednesday afternoon and I didn’t receive confirmation it was shipped yet. I ordered other things from other shops same day and I already received my shopping.

Ik kan het bijna niet geloven, zo veel goede marketing. Maar het viel mij op dat mijn haar dunner werd, stug werd en veel dode punten bevat. Terwijl ik mijn haar niet verf, niet stijl, niets eens föhn. Vorig jaar met kerst een set uit 4 delen cadeau gekregen. Nu bijna op, maar kan niet zeggen dat mijn haar verbeterd is maar juist verslechterd. Ik zoeken naar dingen zoals vervroegde overgang ed maar nu ik dit lees valt het op zijn plek. Want ik heb deze klachten sinds ik olaplex gebruik maar had nooit de link gelegd, omdat het overal zo mega goed aangeschreven staat.

J’ai commandé 2 kit cheveux abimés, je n’ai pas reçus les deux après shampoing, j’ai fais une réclamation via PayPal car je n’ai pas créé de compte lors de l’achat, donc pas de moyen pour faire la réclamation en direct.en attente de leur reponse.

Had i have know about people having reactions i never would of brought it i sprayed No 0 on my hair with no issue but the min the product came into contact with my skin on my face and neck it burned and went red i thourght it may have been normal as my head stings when i have bleach on but when i googled it i couldnt belive it i double shampoo with head and shoulders to strip the product out my hair then applyed aloe vera gel to my skin lucky ive just got light pink marks now not like some peoples really bad reactions its a shame as it has actually made my hair soft so did consider keeping it but totally covering my skin when using but i thourght no i may get a worst reaction next time the product should really say do a patch test but it dont hoping to get a refund now from the website i brought it from.
