Started using olaplex after receiving some bottles in a sample pack Christmas present. I then started buying the large bottles through my hairdresser. At first I was like WOW this is absolutely amazing, my hair feels fab and it was looking amazing too. Unfortunately when I started washing my hair less per week that’s when hell broke loose. My hair started snapping off like it was fried with heat. From around my face to the back of my head my hair was literally snapping in half and falling out! I had some parts of the top of my head looking like 6 inch layers without having the layers cut in and I’ve lost half my hair in thickness. A year later my hair is finally growing back, it will never have the thickness it had before olaplex which I’m gutted about but thank god I never get to use one of these products in my life again.

Geen aanrader ! Mijn moeder haar haren zijn veel dunner geworden en uitgevallen. Ze heeft na paar maanden gebruik van olaplex 3, 4 en 5 serieuze haaruitval gekregen. Zelfs kale plekken. Verschrikkelijk gewoon !

This product has ruined my hair. Bald patches, hair loss, itchy sore scalp. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. Total rip off.

In circa un anno di utilizzo del kit olaplex N°1+N°2 ho cominciato a perdere capelli a ciocche senza apparente motivo. Non pensavo fosse dovuto al prodotto in questione ma di fatto i problemi sono iniziati in concomitanza al suo utilizzo. Metà della mia chioma se ne è andata e ho capelli diradati e crespi, come bruciati. Sono stata costretta a tagliarli. Ora avendo sospeso il trattamento sembra stiano lentamente rinfoltendo, ma passeranno anni prima che possano tornare alla lunghezza di prima. Pessimo prodotto assolutamente dannoso.

They send me spilth bottle of shampoo and i send back their items just want to refund they send to me replacement and they just send me conditioner! And i wrote them again this time they said that to give my money back instead of pay they get extra 45£again. This is ridicules and i do not have time, i am still trying to contact and that is no helpful for me. it has been 1 week ! i do not recommend this company !

Ho speso un botto di soldi sia in salone che a casa per i vari prodotti Olaplex, dallo shampoo al conditioner Dal trattamento 0 e 3 da fare in casa. Dalle varie ristrutturazioni in salone A distanza di un anno i miei capelli fanno letteralmente schifo.....non hanno più corposità, sono diventati più sottili e indisciplinati. Quando li lavo vanno bene solo il primo giorno, poi lo stato è pietoso. Pubblicizzano tantissimo questo marchio, ma io personalmente farei chiudere l'azienda.

I would not recommend Olaplex to anyone, I started using No 4 & 5, 1st two washes were great however post that I started loosing my hair wash after wash. I never had hairfall in my life ever.

Ho acquistato il n. Zero e tre. Praticamente soldi buttati. Li ho acquistati sul sito Olaplex ma mi sorge un dubbio. Quelli che arrivano in Italia, e passano dalla nota sede siciliana dei due signori citati su internet, sono originali? Perché per me nessun effetto. Lasciate perdere
