The worse experience ever just stay away from them

OK Mobility OK Rentacar... PARTENAIRE RYANAIR , ARNAQUE A LA CARTE DE CREDIT "DEBIT SEULEMENT" ! CAUTION de 211e volée , refusent de rembourser!!! Attention ces gens là profitent particulièrement des CB's Francaises qui sont pour la plupart , des cartes dîtes "de Crédit" avec seulement "Débit" Autorisé mais pas "Crédit" Autorisé (attention a cette nuance, à bien vérifier derrière la CB écrit en tout petit). Nous avions réservés en avance pour Tenerife (Canaries) via RyanAir Tickets + Location Véhicule (CB Crédit non précisé avant le paiement à la réservation). - A notre arrivée sur place, on refuse notre CB pour bloquer la caution de 1300e (un beau montant pour une caution), et on nous propose de règler ce problème en souscrivant " exceptionnellement " à une assurance interne à 217e + une Caution de 150e (Bizarrement ma "CB Débit" était alors acceptée pour cette caution) soit un total de 367e qui permettait donc de débloquer la réservation de 211e en cours. Cela ramenait donc à une avance totale de 578e pour la location d'un Renault Captur pour 1 semaine. - Nous avons même proposé de donner le montant de la caution en argent Espèces, et ils ont refusés. - Au final, après avoir perdu 1 demi-journée de vacances avec ces escrocs, nous nous sommes tourné vers l'agence " AVIS " où nous avons pu louer un véhicule immédiatement sans aucune histoire de CB débit crédit, et tout s'est super bien passé avec "AVIS". - Etant donné que nous n'avons pas profité de notre location de véhicule payée et débitée 3 mois en avance, nous réclamons le TOTAL remboursement, et nous irons jusqu'à les faire connaitre à la TV s'il le faut!!!!!!

Car rental location miles from air port but this is not mentioned when when hired They also try and scare you into exspensive additional Insurance when you arrive and require a £1200 deposit Service also incredibly slow and unhelpful when you get there

OK car Aeropuerto Alicante ok cars made us miss our flights home!!!! terrible experience, a total scam, will never book with them again. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY They gave us a dirty car then charged us £172 for cleaning something we did not do. There were white dogs hairs in the car, we do not have a dog!!! Only in Spain for 4 days on business so needed to hire a car. Waited nearly an hour for shuttle bus to arrive, tried to call to see if someone was on the way telephone number dead. When we finally got to car rental place which was literally 5 mins down the road we were told we should take out their car insurance although we already had our own. We were told that if we took out their insurance we could have an upgrade. When we picked the car up it was dirty but when we went in to complain and ask for assistance we were told to wait in the car for someone to come. Nobody came and we needed to leave for an appointment. When it came to dropping off the car the satnav address they gave us took us to the wrong place and again the phone wasnt working to call. We luckily remembered the way but was held captive at the car rental place as they would not take us to the airport because the car was dirty. We tried to explain that it was in this condition when we picked the car up but they did not want to know. We explained that this was making us late for our flight back to Cardiff. They did not care. It was only when we finally agreed to paying these exorbitant prices that they took us to the airport in the shuttle bus. We missed our flights and had to pay to buy new tickets and car rental to Birmingham to drive to get our car in Cardiff. We finally arrived home 12 hours later feeling stressed and exhausted and very ripped off. This company will lure you in with cheap rental prices but then sting you by saying you caused scrathes on the car which were probably there before or that the car is dirty and needs 'special cleaning' I would give a zero rating but this option is not available. This experience happened in July 2021but the calender doesnt give the option for this year.

Total scammers! Like a lot of other reviews, they automatically charge you for damage (deducting from the deposit) without even informing you. When asking for evidence, they fail to respond. I do have pictures from before/after the rental so will obviously challenge this but communicating with this company is a disaster.

Worst customer service of my life. We rented a car in May 2022 at Rome airport. They sent us off with extremely bald front tires. We only checked for dents/scratches. We had noticed very low air in our tires after the first day, so we filled it. The next morning, same issue. We happened to be by a tire shop in a town, and they were surprised how bad the tires were. They had to be changed immediately. We called the rental company and they stated we could drive back to Rome and get a new car or that we could pay the E250 for 2 new tires and they would reimburse us. As Rome was already too far away, we paid. They did not reimburse us when we returned the car, stating it has to go through their head office. They gave us the contact information to send our request to. This was the wrong email and phone #'s for them so after several attempts of communication, with no response, i called them and they gave me a different email. Once again, I sent all the receipts and photos. After more than 25 emails, spanning 8 months! I finally received my reimbursement. Each time, i was asked for another proof of identity, until it looped back to what they requested in the first place! There was a complete lack of urgency to get this resolved. Really, the worst customer service I have experienced in my lifetime. Please never rent from this company as they are a complete failure. They use third party renters (in this case Discovery Cars) to hide behind. Discovery cars absolved themselves from all assistance stating they were a third party. I was persistent and it finally was resolved. I am wondering how many people just give up. Very unethical company.

Minus Stern, Warnung !!! Hatte ein Auto am 03.01.23 gemietet mit Option, kostenfreie Stornierung, was ich auch am 08.01.23 tat. Am 09.01.23 erhielt ich dann auch die Stornierungsbestätigung, Hinweis, in der Regel innerhalb von 49 Strunden mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Habe es bis heute nicht erhalten. Auf Anfragen, Mahnungen, erhelt ich keine Antworten. Habe heute Ok Rent a Car eine letzte Frist gesetzt. Sollte diese verstreichen, werde ich während meines Malaga Aufenthaltes Betrugsanzeige stellen. ------- Minus star, warning !!! Had hired a car on 1/3/23 with option free cancellation, which I did on 1/8/23. On January 9th, 2023, I received the confirmation of cancellation, notice that I would usually get my money back within 49 hours. Haven't received it until today. I do not receive any answers to inquiries or reminders. Set a final deadline for Ok Rent a Car today. If this expires, I will file a fraud report during my stay in Malaga.

Total scam. They force you to buy an extra 250€ insurance at the airport or you can't get the car. We booked with check24, full coverage insurance included. Never again.
