You have to be really careful when returning your car. It is a SCAM. I returned my car without any damage.. I did not drive much. They charged over 300 Euro for damage?? I sent them a video of the car that I took before driving off. If I were to use this company again( unlike) but I will not leave the car upon returing without having one of those guys check and sign off. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM. I sent the video. No reply. What do go to my lawyer to get 300 Euro back.... What scam.

Betrug! Achtung-lieber bei namhaften, seriösen Vermietungen buchen!

Aufpassen !!! Wer dieses Mietwagenunternehmen wählt muss sehr, sehr viel Zeit mitbringen. Anmietort: Palma de Mallorca 13:00 Uhr Megalange Warteschlange, Warteticket am Automaten gezogen (293). Zur Bearbeitung war grade die Nummer 173 dran. Man bekommt auch Fast Tickets (40€). Trotzdem muss man locker mit 2 Stunden Wartezeit rechnen. Nach einer Stunde mit „normalen“ Ticket war die Nummer 182 dran. In der Warteschlange kam ich mit einem jungen Mann ins Gespräch. er sagte mir das er seit 9:00 Uhr !!!!!!!! auf sein Mietwagen wartete. Da kam seine Begleitung mit dem Schlüssel. Inzwischen war es 14:15 Uhr. Ich buchte dann einen anderen Mietwagen. Mein bereits bezahltes Mietauto bei OK war mir in diesem Moment egal…..ich habe Urlaub und wollte mir nicht direkt durch dieses unseriöse Unternehmen meinen Urlaub versauen lassen. Mein Tipp….wenn Sie genug Wartezeit mitbringen kann man dort buchen. Preise und Mietwagen sind okay ( habe die Mietwagen später on Mass auf Malle gesehen. Haben hinten auf der Scheibe ja ein OK Button kleben) Wenn einem der Urlaub etwas bedeutet und einem die Zeit kostbar ist, dann lieber bei einem anderen Anbieter buchen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall NIEMALS wieder ein Auto von OK buchen/nehmen. Selbst wenn man es mir um sonst geben würde.

What a horrific experience! We rent a lot of cars but never had this kind of bad experience. Here we go; -We had to wait 1,5h for the transfer. -Therefore the transfer would not take everybody that was waiting so I had to leave my wife with two small kids alone in the airport after a seven hour trip and 1,5h wait. -The driver did not speak English, we had to find a translator to understand that he allowed only one person per family… -I had to wait over 1h in the office before someone could assist us with getting the car. -Nobody checked the car with us for damages, could have prevented the discussion afterwards when they found a little scratch. -They/you tried to sell (and bully) us an extra insurance for over € 510 (12days) and first tried to refuse giving us the car when we said we already had insurance on the car. The vibe after we declined the insurance was really unpleasant. -Then they put an extra € 100 on my account so I could hand in the car without refueling. I did not ask for it and always return it full because € 100 is way to much. -And then all the hustle at the return. It felt like because they could not sell us the expensive double insurance, they find this little scratch for € 360. Of course the guy at the return did not speak English and because you don’t have time to wait for ages, you have to simply agree. I am not sure if the scratch was there already but you do feel a bit robbed (again). -They blocked € 2.050 on my card for 14 days after handing in the car. -Nobody replies to emails (only after over 10 tries in 10 days). -They cannot be reached by phone. -Nobody replies to these kind of disappointing client reviews; there is no desire to solve these so it seems. Never will I rent a car with OK Mobility again. They simply try to get as much money out of you as possible and don’t fix any issues of their clients. DON’T BOOK!

Autovermietung ist eine Katastrophe. Beim Abholen des Wagens erst eine Stunde am Flughafen warten muessen, dann wird versucht eine extra Versicherung zu erzwingen. Ich musste auf einem Display unterschreiben - später stellte sich heraus, dass meine Unterschrift auf allen Papieren platziert wurde (bekam ich per E-Mail). Auch auf dem Formular, wo ich angeblich bestätigt habe, dass das Auto schadefrei ist. Beim Zurueckbringen des Autos ging der Betrug dann erst richtig - die Schäden die wir bemerkt hatte, waren ihm gar nicht aufgefallen. Er lief relativ zielstrebig zu einem Kratzer unterhalb der Stosstange - beihnahe nicht sichtbar. Dieser Kratzer wurde bereits einmal überlackiert. Wir haben den Mitarbeiter darauf angesprchen - er schweigte nur. Abends kam dann die Rechnung ueber 360 Euro, zwei Tage von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Das sind wirklich kriminelle Machenschaften !!!

2km voor de luchthaven van Munchen tankten wij de auto nog eens bij zodat die goed vol was. Bij de controle zeiden ze dat alles ok was, maar enkele dagen laten haalde OK mobility toch 24,89 euro van mijn Mastercard (zogezegd omdat de auto niet was volgetankt). Wij hadden het bonnetje van het tankstation nog, maar dit was helaas niet genoeg bewijs voor Booking. Neem dus ook steeds een foto van je brandstofmeter of je wordt ook opgelicht door dit autoverhuurbedrijf!!
