Rented a car in Tuxtla Gutíerrez airport, Mexico. Good service and focus on the important parts of the rental agreement. Unfortunately the agrement was not available i English, but it went okay with some translation. Flexible about returning car in Cancun even though the do not have an office there. 50% cheaper than Hertz !! Easy return at a partnering company in Cancun. Everything was smooth and fine 😃

I was a little anxious after booking with OK Mobility and then reading the reviews about people being charged for damage on returning the car but my experience couldn’t have been more different. Pick up at Alicante was easy. We were asked to check the car for damage and take photos as proof. The car was parked in a dark car park, which was the only downside, as it made it quite difficult to see some of the scratches. My advice would be to take a video too. We returned the car at the end of our trip and it was as simple as handing the keys over, the guy at the desk looked around and inside the car and then we were on our way. We didn’t take out the expensive insurance cover offered at the desk and instead booked separate excess insurance before we left. We had to leave a large deposit but we had no problems at all. I would use this company again.

I have no idea why this company get bad reviews. I rent on a regular basis. They allow you to check the car yourself for damages, the cars are more often than not new. I skip cheaper deals from Goldcar and use OK with confidence. What more can I say.

I have no idea where are these bad reviews coming from. Absolutely delighted with my experience with this rental company in Palma, Mallorca. I rented a convert for 26 days! Expect delays when picking up the car, but it's well worth it considering the value. The people working in this company DO care about clients and surely are not any worse than other rental companies in terms of policies, deposits and queues. Don't be scared off from the bad reviews. This company is excellent, like most in UK, just a LOT busier. Thank you so much, Ok rent A car, for this amazing experience. I'll be back next year! :)

After seeing all the bad reviews here I was worried. However, on arrival at Faro we were picked up quickly by the transfer bus and taken the short journey to the rental office. There were a couple of customers in front of us and we waited about 10 minutes. The lady serving us did not try to sell us anything that we didn't need and gave us very clear instructions on motorway tolls etc. The car was almost brand new and was great for our 10 day rental. We dropped it off full and my deposit was back almost straight away. Can't fault the service at Faro and will definitely use this company again.

Third time in succession I have rented from OK, Faro and have been pleasantly surprised at the short wait for the shuttle. A full tank, a clean modern reliable car each time, friendly staff....highly recommended A bonus to take into account, OK operate outside of the routine twelve hour window of 8am - 8pm , therefore reducing out of hours charges
