The worst company ever
The worst company ever. Never rent with this company. Charging extra the fuel bail not returned. Do not respect the already agreed prices with brokers. The personal wants to trick you in any way possible. They used my kids against me to sell a more expensive package.

Charge for extras
Waited over 1 hour to be collected from airport. Charge €83 for fuel but get €64 if return full meaning lose €19 or your basically charged pay €19 for using them. Avoid at all costs!!!

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN! KEEP OUT!!!
1) I rented a car (with a kasko insurance as an extra) on DoYouSpain.com for the month of august in Mallorca.
2) The day I took the car I found out that DoYouSpain was just an intermediary...actually I was renting the car from OkRentaCar, by far the worst rental company I have ever met in my long life.
This would have meant that:
- the Zurich kasko insurance that DoYouSpain sold me with the contract was not valid with OkRentaCar and in case of accident first I was supposed to pay OkRentaCar for any damage and then ask for the refund to Zurich on my own, returning from holidays…unbelievable!
- they blocked 1.050 € on my credit card as a deposit for all the rent period, making my only credit card plafond almost unusable during my vacation.
3) And unfortunately (and not for my fault) after a few days I had a small accident!
The guy in front of me just backed up without looking while my car was stopped.
4) We were filling the accident report, when I discovered that amazingly in my car there was not an insurance policy!
I wanted an explanation so I called all day the number OkRentaCar gave me in case of any problem (+34902360636), but it was impossible even to have the line!
And so it was also with the other 2 phone numbers they gave me (+34971126880 and +34964830995).
And since on the contract there was not even an email to write to, I had to go personally to the OkRentaCar office at the airport in Palma to ask if my car was insured or not...one hour to go and one hour to go back from where I was!
5) Very rudely, as it was full of people, they told me not to worry, because being cars to rent they have a particular form of insurance.
That’s all they told me!…they did not tell me with who and they didn’t even give me any piece of paper concerning the insurance policy…top secret!
(Don’t you think they should absolutely warn customers about this thing so important when renting the car?!?)
6) While I still was in their office I asked them to make a photocopy of the accident report I had ready with me (of course only my insurance details were missing), but they said just to bring it back on the day the car would have been returned.
But amazingly, when many days later I returned the car, they said there was nothing they could do with that accident report and that I had to activate the refund procedure by myself returning to Italy with Zurich or Mapfre (the insurance of the car that hit me).
But then…why you did not tell me this on the day of the accident when I was in your office in Mallorca, so that I would had the time to inquire on site?
7) Of course returning the car they took 260 € from my credit card for the car damage, even though I paid for a Kasko insurance and even though the accident was not caused by me!
And above all the staff was once again very rude and gave me no assistance at all on the incident!
8) And now I’m back in Italy and I do not know how to do…I don't even know what is the name of the insurance company of the car I rented!
I lost 260 € for the car damage and I lost the money I paid for the useless Zurich kasko insurance (more or less 60/70 euros).
Shame on you OkRentaCar!
Shame on you DoYouSpain.com!
