In summary avoid OK mobility car hire despite their apparently bargain cheap rates - As others have commented, they make their money scamming you for minor wear & tear & charging exorbitant costs for anything they can find & they look hard. So be warned and be very careful.
I hired a car from OK Mallorca Airport we checked the car pretty thoroughly we were careful throughout the 3.5week hire and cleaned it inside & before we returning
All good, but as we walked away the rep called us back there was a scrape on the underside bottom turn down edge of the rear valance virtually impossible to detect on a normal collect & inspect. It was not by me but the OK agent insisted it’s not on the sheet and without photo evidence it was down to me I travel quite a bit & have my own excess insurance. They knew this & she said I should have had their insurance. They charged me €370.
EasyJet cancelled my flight & had to hire for another 3 days which meant returning the car ( as above) and taking a different car for 3 days.
I was even more thorough this time. However I failed to spot a fine hairline crack in the thin clear plastic strip of the mirror. Virtually invisible, but the agent did. !! We went through the same discussion. I recounted my €370 experience 3 days before. He let me off with a warning.- you may not be so lucky So avoid OK Mobility for one of the more reasonable hire companies

£250 excess insurance for 3 weeks hire…
£250 excess insurance for 3 weeks hire of a Fiat 500! Once at the airport hire desk it’s the equivalent of highway robbery and at least Dick Turpin wore a mask! If the EU wants to attract tourism back to countries like Spain holding them to ransom is not the way. Time this insurance scam was regulated - starting with companies like OK Rental!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEVE
I will try to make a full review to help the next renters.
From the first time, something don't get well. I try to change my dates and they ask me 90€ for this action. I say I found the new dates from a reseller with the same price and if they don't want to make me the change I will rent the car from a reseller. And voilà they make me the same price.
Very disappointed from the company. They charge me after return the car 95€ about the fuel and about the kms.
1) First of all I rent the car with not full fuel. I have a photo from this with all the details available (City, Hour, Date).
2) They say i make more kms. What about this? a) I never see in any file from my rent something about the kms. Also the support person from the airport desk say we have unlimited kms to make. Also he charge us 40€ because we left the car from Germany to France.
As you can understand they still moneys from Credit cards. I make the premium warranty so they cant charge me for an reason.
What about after rent support? They never reply. I send tones of emails with all the informations and no one reply all this days.
Stay away from company's like this. Its better to select a more safe / price higher company then company's with cheaper price like this. A car from 169€ / 4 days cost me 310€ with all this lays.
As you see guys they try to charge me twice 90€-95€.
My bank already take action to stop this transaction.
BE CAREFUL.

Aggressive staff scratch claim Bandits
OKMobility Rent a Car
I'm shocked in myself that i dion't check the reviews, but as Rentalcars.com list them in their quotes, i trusted them. The bad reviews exactly reflects my own experience and I even see the terminology that has gone through my mind to describe the scams.
I upgraded the car at the hire desk in Alicante, and switched to a one way hire, again at their hire desk.
When I returned the car at Malaga Airport, a mob of Okmobility staff set about taking photos in the darkness of the dimly lit return area, using the lights on their phones. They took photo’s of the most minor of marks, and I repeat marks, not even scratches i.e. that in my opinion would already have either been there in the first place, or could be polished out. Lets say from my vast experience of owning cars and hiring cars for decades, it was at worst fair wear.
The staff were extremely rude, and kept me waiting for an entire hour whilst they concocted what can only be describe as a scam claim, which they eventually asked me to sign for. I noticed there was a total figure hand written down which was almost €1,500. So naturally I refused to sign it. At that point the staff (3 of them who I took photo’s of), became extremely agitated, wrote more stuff another piece of paper which they handed to me, and I refused to take that also. The main instigator, entered something onto the computer, took his coat and left.
On arrival before this happened, I explained I was there to drop that car off, and collect another one for a 2day hire, which I’d hired directly from their web site (OK Mobility). I showed them the booking reservation on my phone.
So I continued to wait patiently, and after around 20mins of being ignored, I reminded the remaining staff (2 of them) that I still have a contract for another car. Only at that point did they choose to inform me that I was banned from hiring their cars!!!!! So I was actually kept waiting intentionally, which makes me wonder how long I could’ve been left waiting!
This is the first issue I’ve ever had with a hire car compnay like this, and this was the first time I’d ever used OK Mobility, so no coincidence there. Noticeably there were two other customers either side of me, and both were having issues and I’ve not seen that at a hire desk before either. So there is clearly and agenda with this company.
The first car was hired through Rentalcars.com with a damage excess of €1,200 and they took €1,500.
The 2nd car which was hired direct (email confirmation attached) was never honoured by them, so i'm out of pocket for that hire too.
I think its also noteworthy, that I’ve never damaged Hire cars, or my own cars which are usually very large, nor the car which I hired in the immediate 2day period afterwards, I can prove all this, as well as providing proof of no claims on my own insurance for more than 10years.
I am long enough in tooth, to know that minor scuffs or marks are considered as normal wear and tear, and that paying to have such scuff’s buffed out would only cost a couple of hundred Euro’s at the very most.
I found the entire fiasco and the way in which I was treated was almost like being held up by a bunch of unruly hijackers having a laugh at my expense. The whole experience was extremely demeaning, unprofessional and somewhat traumatising. Had I been heading off for a flight I would’ve missed it.
I get the feeling I was lured intentionally into upgrading to a more expensive car with the intention of scamming me in the way I was. In my opinion the Hirer lost the opportunity to mutually agree, and sign for any existing notable damages at the commencement of the rental.
For those, like me who either lost their phone or took unidentifiable or unclear photo’s should not have their bank accounts hijacked in this way. Taking money from people without consensual agreement in my opinion is either an act of theft or embezzlement.
Steer clear of these bandits

Wish I had read the reviews !
Hired a car from okmobility via a search engine and thought we were getting a good deal.
Aggressive staff at check in were overselling the Excess Insurance to the extent that other customers at the same counter were being ridiculed for not taking this out.
Car picked up and at first glance (dimly lit garage) appeared new and unmarked. However upon further inspection found deep scratches on the roof which we took photographs of.
When returning vehicle the damage was pointed out at which time we showed the photos of the damage on date of collection. We were advised that the damage was not on the system and therefore we would need to email the Customer Service team on our return to the UK.
I signed the return form although this was clearly marked that we disagreed with the reported damage during the hire.
Needless to say the email correspondence, which included providing them with the photos, led to them dismissing our claim that the damage to the vehicle was already there on collection with a charge of €160 being debited to my Credit Card.
Moral of the situation here is don't use this Company or if you do ensure a representative documents all damage on collecting the vehicle.

I hired a car from Ok Rental Car in Alicante Airport
I hired a car from Ok Rental Car in October, which I collected from Alicante Airport. I was relieved of an additional amount of money, which was taken out of my account as a deposit. The deposit should have been paid back into my account 31 days from receipt of the car being returned. After numerous telephone conversations and being told to sort it out with my bank, I still have not received this money. The last phone call I made, I was deliberately left holding on the phone for 20 minutes, without anyone coming back to me. I tried to call them again this morning, whereby they have blocked my number. I called from another phone and the call went through. Unfortunately no one answered. It should not be this difficult to return a deposit owing to me. Their customer service is appalling. Please seriously consider your options before using this company.

OK Car Rental at Alicante Airport - be scared, be very scared
OK Car Rental at Alicante Airport - Be scared, be very scared.
OK Rent a Car at Alicante Airport, the making of nightmares and not an experience that I wish on my worse enemy.
The hard selling of their extra insurance cover at the front desk prior to picking up the car, should have warned me.
Maybe she just wanted to protect me from the sharks laying in wait for when I return the car.
Maybe she knew that they will find the tiniest of tiny scratches to one of the alloys and that I would be slammed with their minimum damage fee of 260 Euros as per their contract for any damages.
A scratch that was only visible under a bright light. The same scratch, I am sure, that will be used to rip off the next sucker to get that car.
The bottom line is that I already had insurance and I was told on returning the car that I should claim a refund from my insurance. I was not given any documents to support their claim that hit my credit card two days later.
So be scared, be very scared. This is not a Halloween trick or treat game.
This is a scam.
I can only relay me experience at Alicante Airport and do not know whether this is their standard company policy but OK Rent a Car will always be remembered as my worse rental experience.
My own photos of the damage taken with a macro lens, are available.
