Got the night stand in excellent condition and on time.

Bought a christmas tree for over $400 - in oct 2016 - by the time we got the tree up after thanksgiving lights went out after two days...too bad no service no refund NOTHING from this company as they have 30 days warranty only. No customer service only rude emails. Shame on you!

An excellent table. Self assembly is very simple, easy. A good piece of mdse for the money.

I ordered two bookcases on Amazon from this seller. One bookcase came broken. I asked for them to have Fed Ex or UPS pick up the broken bookcase and send me a new one and they are refusing! They want me to open the box and start sifting through the broken pieces and find the part numbers so they can see about replacing each part. I am handicapped and can't open this heavy box. I have ordered a service to put this bookcase together for me, but they will not come out to open the box and look at the broken pieces. I HATE OJCOMMERCE!!!!!!! I spoke with them on the phone and they refused to let me talk with a manager. They will not send out a new bookcase. They will not pay for shipping the broken bookcase back. They will charge a 30% restocking fee of the broken bookcase. This is so amazing that we can have such a horrible, horrible company selling to us. I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The recliner is very poor quality and the material on the recliner is like plastic. The box it came in was worse. It was taped together and looked like it went thru a war. A dent in recliner. A 30% return policy and you pay the return. Run don't walk! Karen Petrosky

These chairs are best for us, high back, arms are great to getting out of. Husband disabled and was able to get in and out of, looks good too. Very good quality glad we ordered them.

We are a vendor that has supplied products to OJ Commerce. They have not paid for over $2,500 of products before we shut them of. This relationship has lasted about 45 days. They are a complete nightmare. Corporate philosophy of not answering emails and you will not be able to contact anyone. Now I have to chase my money. They will not be around long with this business model

I recieved what I ordered in a very timely fashion and was exactly how it was described.
