I purchased a microwave from Walmart.com as a sample for room remodels and it was not going to work for us. When I tried to return it, I was THEN informed that I had purchased it from a third party vendor and I would have to contact them. I was then informed that I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping required to return the item. Not cool.

I ordered a 66” x 32” Decorative mirror for my bathroom renovation. Unfortunately the pandemic hit shortly after the mirror was delivered and due to the size and the fact that the mirror seemed very securely packed in wood and styrofoam we did not open it for fear of breaking it while we were under construction. When the workers finally were able to commence working we opened the mirror and it the mirror was cracked. I called and called and emailed but the website said they were closed. When they finally emailed back they said “too bad”. Their return policy was 30 days. I asked if they would make an exception due to the timing and pandemic. They were not willing to work with us. Let me tell you who did work with us: Lowe’s, Home Depot, Wayfair, Joss & Main. Several hundred dollars down the drain. Very bad business practice.

Ordered what was advertised as and supposed to be a 10'x10' dog kennel cover, I received a 9'7"x9'7" dog kennel cover which is NOT what I ordered, nor will it work for my kennel. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

I placed an order 06/11/2020 when I placed the order it stated the item was in stock and should ship in 2-3 business days. Here it is 06/19/2020 and I haven’t received shipping confirmation. I emailed them and they responded by telling me that the item isn’t in stock and that they could check the warehouse to see when inventory is expected if I would like to keep the order. Isn’t this something they should have conveyed? Not only that shouldn’t they have responded letting me know when the item would be in stock? Just redid my place and I looked high and low to find this item and multiple other places had it now I can only find it on suspect sites with inflated rates and my timeline is out the window. They need to keep better stock of their inventory as well as notifying customers when items are out of stock. Who knows how long it will take to receive this refund. Tried calling them and was mysteriously disconnected after being on hold for 30+mins without someone actually answering the phone. Do better

Boat was as described. Came in perfect condition. Arrived quickly. It is a little larger than I expected for my pool but the kids love it.
