Professional and great business! My experience was smooth selling and has nothing been quick and easy. I would strongly recommend OHR if you're thinking of getting a chair and looking for a reliable business. - Harry

David was remarkably friendly and informative, and the process of getting my chair was easier than I could have imagined. For the price, my Steelcase chair punches way above its weight—I'm thrilled with it.

These guys are amazing! Walked me through all the options, delivered in only a couple of days, checked in afterwards. The chair (Leap 2) is one of the best purchases for my home office. With the added seat padding, I think it’s better than buying new, and at less than half the price! Highly Recommend!

David & OHR provided an excellent buying experience. They were extremely knowledgeable about the product and took extended time to answer any questions I had and to experience the product firsthand at their showroom in NY. Delivery was prompt and uncomplicated - and the chair was in excellent condition as described. Highly Recommend.

David is very nice and knowledgeable. My chair is of great quality and shipping was super fast and easy!

I went to the store and David was off on an expedition getting a fresh haircut, so I was well received by his father who displayed adept knowledge of the various ergonomic chairs available in the store. I settled on the HM Aeron chair. David returned (looking fantastic might I add with his new haircut) and provided further knowledge on the chair of my choice, David was also very kind to thrown in a few extra upgrades due to him not being initially around when I got there, which was much appreciated. Great store layout, a fun conversation with Mr. Esterlit Sr., a returning well-groomed Mr. Esterlit Jr, a cost-effective purchase, and an extremely comfortable new Aeron chair equaled a 10/10 experience at OHR home solutions.

Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and refreshingly honest advice and I'm delighted with my purchase. Thank you so much!

David help me to customize the chair to my size. He keep in touch with me as the chair was refurbished and delivered. Excellent experience!
