The chair seems just fine. However, when trying to buy the chair, my wife and I drove out to the purported warehouse, and discovered that it had closed. This information is on the phone automatic message, but the website had not been updated. Also, the delivery organization is set up by text message. This is not very efficient. Still, I am pleased with the purchase, and we have now ordered a second chair.

The order was easy to submit, and the product was delivered in quick order (less than a week from order to delivery). One minor issue was noted with the delivery, and Customer Care is resolving the issue.

Communication needs some serious work. Especially after waiting a long time after getting the shipping notification till it actually shipped with mo messages

My chair arrived in perfect condition. I would have appreciated assembly instructions, but assembly was still easy and simple. Product was out of stock when we ordered and so took a bit longer than expected to ship a substitute. There was good and friendly communication when I reached out about it though, and it turned out there were extenuating circumstances, so I wouldn't expect any of these small difficulties to crop up once they're finished with their move.
