Ordering and shipping where fine. Product is cute but not worth the money i paid.

I ordered two clear face masks. I just received my shipment today. First, they are not the product that was pictured on the website when I ordered. Second, they are not different sizes. They appear to be ONE SIZE FITS ALL, but they are too large for my face, which is why I had ordered a small and a medium. Third, they do not seal magnetically the way the product that was pictured on the website did.

didn't rec'd product after a month, order was refunded that's what's earned them two stars

This order was supposed to arrive in September. Up to date, no goods have arrived? It just takes too long for delivery.

Never received order!

I received saw blades but no saw, what am I supposed to do with blades and no saw?

If I could do zero stars I would. I never got my package, allegedly you gave me a tracking number for someone else's package according to the USPS. If I didn't use PayPal I'd still be waiting for my money and I still haven't gotten a response from two emails that I sent two weeks ago. I will never do business with you guys again, you're horrendous...

Can I return my order?
