Very poor customer service. They dont have a phone # to call and ask about your order and they dont answer or never answered my emails. Too for ever for my order to be shipped.

The Buzz Z-Gone Mosquito Trap did not work as advertised. Not a single mosquito was trapped by the device where I placed it on a table on my deck. I live right next to a lake where mosquitos thrive. Not one single mosquito. I tried it in my home as well, just to make sure. We often get mosquitos in the home too, by nature of living beside a lake. It did not capture one single mosquito. I just threw the device in the garbage.

item not as advertised, tried to return as was sent from California and I live in California. They said I would have to return to Russia costing $65.95 for return shipping for a light heating pad(that was supposed to be weighted and massage) that cost $44.99

I received the Product in what it seems somebody had open it, Product was not wrapped in it's proper plastic. I had two items missing. Box was open and not sealed.

Really like the looks of them but way too small. Anyway to exchange?

I have been very excited to receive the product ordered, but have yet to receive it. It was ordered more than a month ago. I found an address for Ohio Dept, so I mailed a letter inquiring on the where abouts of my order. No reply. Very unhappy about it. Freida Order#1175. Ordered on 7.10.20
