I thought I was getting a Battery Powered Hand Held Saw & all You sent Me was a Chain for a Saw ... I got ripped off again >>> May the Powers of Our Universe Punish You

u did not send me my chain saw .i recieved a little tiny chain.Ive emailed you twice someone needs to call me at 9283086517 thank you

I have been trying to contact you what came in my order was not what I thought I ordered.....and I would like a refund and return what I got. I thought I was ordering the actual chain saw not a replacement chain. I have tried emailing you etc no reply I would like to return those two chains.

False advertising.

Product does not work as advertised. I emailed for a refund and received no response.

I never received the product that I ordered. I reached out multiple times to request information about when my package would be sent. I ordered the last Friday in November for a Christmas gift. As of today which is December 29, an entire month has passed. I have not received my order, or any reply to my multiple emails inquiring about where my order is. The order showed ready for transit since December 2. Today, I get the email that asked “how did we do?” If there were an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen that.

The product I received was not what was shown in the ad. I was very disappointed.

Service was bad. Communication terrible. Received a recharge cord with a European plug in which I can not use. If there was a 0 rating I would have given that.
