Hi, We’ve checked your account and can confirm it’s fully operational. We recently sent an email about service availability by country. Unfortunately, your country of registration is currently not supported for Offramp services. However, you should still be able to withdraw any remaining balance using the withdrawal feature in the app. If you run into any issues, please reach out via the in-app chat widget or email [email protected] and we’ll help right away.
