Shockingly abysmal service with zero regards for customer service or rapidly resolving issues. Only focused on expanding and your money. Examples of poor service and care including by the CEO himself: 1. Support is not 24/7 though marketed as such. 2. Tickets go unanswered for a very long time or even forever. Think several days, weeks, months. 3. Recent tactic is to 'answer' a ticket with a non-response or irrelevant copy and paste just so it appears answered on the back end then mostly ignore it again eg Charles, Sheina. 4. Home applet is glitchy and slow but they don't care. The actual mobile app several months later still lacks the full functionality and glitchy. 5. Receiving your physical cards takes months, if you even receive it, though they tell you 1-3 weeks. 6. They bait and switch mailing options eg promoting DHL Express but then switch on you to regular mail with no tracking. 7. Several users suddenly get their virtual cards used fraudulently elsewhere. No recognition of issue or protectively stepping in. Told to cancel and issue again. Investigating the fraud or fraud protection? No 8. Card needs replacing? They tell you it'll process immediately and you'll get tracking but several weeks and you get nothing. No updates. No response to tickets. No tracking. Nothing. 9. All the above obviously leaves anyone frustrated but do they care? No. They are constantly posting on social media promoting this or that but zero care for your issues or problems occasionally 'pretending' so it looks nice. 10. When all else clearly fails you reach out to their CEO or their company account on social media for help or critique and what do they do? They block and ban you! And they've been given the benefit of the doubt with many many months and lots of funds but they simply don't care about their customer clearly illustrated by even the CEO. It's all about expansion and money grab. Hand over your money and be quiet. Sad when you go in with an open mind, lots of patience and understanding, a willingness to work with them and all positive energy but instead you keep getting slapped in the face. Over and over. This one is exceedingly bad. Stay away.

Utilizo la tarjeta todos los días, pero tengo una compra de aliexpress la cual fue reembolsada hace más de 60 días hábiles y nunca recibí el dinero. Por parte del soporte me dicen que se tiene que hacer cargo aliexpress cuando ellos ya enviaron el dinero hace meses. Si el soporte me ayuda con mi caso voy a cambiar la calificación, mientras tanto lo voy a dejar en una estrella.

Offramp is one of the worst platforms I’ve ever dealt with. On March 9, PayPal confirmed a refund was successfully completed to my Offramp card. Over 40 days later, I still haven’t received the money. I’ve opened multiple tickets (including #5010), sent follow-ups, and even reached out to their CEO. Their support team gives copy-paste responses or no reply at all. After promising a resolution “in 2 days,” they disappeared. What’s worse? The CEO blocked me on LinkedIn after I publicly asked for help — instead of fixing the issue. That’s how they treat real users. They’re running paid promotions while ignoring real customers with real money on the line. Their so-called “24/7 support” is false advertising.

Dont deposit your crypto there. They are scammers. The guy called LUC saying the creator or something. They all just will make you deposit there then show you don't have access to account. Pure scam. Dont fall

This will become big scam soon. Be careful with your money My account got hackd and inwas trying to regain access. was asking help from support every single day for 10 days and every time when I ask to help getting access back to my account. They ignore me. I feel like they are the ones hack the accounts. Otherwise there's no way not to help customers..
