Easy and conveninent

Prices were good and tickets were received quickly. However, it was not evident on the website that tickets received by mail would be identical to the 8 1/2 × 11 tickets you can print from home. My whole reason for having them mailed was that I wanted the credit card sized tickets that I could put in our lanyards. Fortunately, I was able to exchange them at Guest Services in the park.

Obviously I don't read well, because I found my 4 day pass didn't include Typhoon Lagoon so I am stuck with a ticket for 2 I can't use.

Great way to get tickets. Only problem was we had a group of 12 and it would not show blocks close together. So I had to buy 3 times. It also did not offer a group discount. We had to call the concert hall to get the discount.

No problems, but I just wish they would have mailed me the actual Universal park passes, as opposed to the sheets of paper I received with ticket/pass information on them. What they mailed works exactly like park tickets/passes, but they are cumbersome (8”x11”) and more likely to get crumpled/torn while in the parks.

I like the easy of use but it annoys me that i still have to pick up a physical ticket.

Very good prices but site not updated becaming hard to cancell some tickets.
