The Official Ticket CenterReviews of officialticketcenter.com

Easy to use, fast and great responses to email. Good location, close to Disney to pick up the tickets.

It was great . Highly recommended

They were fast (I quickly needed tickets in order to avoid missing a fast pass window) and very alert to security details (I was buying from overseas, using a credit card in my mother’s name. They immediately messaged me to let me know that if the credit card holder was not present to pick up tickets at Will Call, we’d have issues.). I was very impressed.

Official Ticket Center was recommended to us and after researching this and several other options for Disney World park tickets, OTC was the best price by far! Ordered paper tickets so we have them as souvenirs. The tickets arrived promptly, well packaged, and in great condition. Meanwhile, I entered the ticket numbers into my Disney app. So fast passes are now set, magic bands are assigned to each ticket, and we are going to Disney World in less than six weeks! Quick! Easy! Magic!

I made a mistake on the order, reached out and they immediately helped change the order. Thank you so much for the quick response, and helping to get everything the way I intended.

Great value for your time and money I had a very good experience, we saved a lot.

Very safe, and 100% worth recommending it to anyone interested in saving some money. Would buy from them again! I've been a customer for years, buying Orlando theme park tickets on their web page and retrieving them from their store; and I never had a single problem.

Ordering the tickets could not have been easier- fast, efficient and we were able to link electronic tickets to it magic bands and bypassed guest services at the gate. Also appreciated their extra security area. Thank you!
