I ordered a ticket send by email and now I have to go to the office.

I purchased Disneyworld tickets on their web site and got a receipt. They also billed my credit card. They called me the next day and said that they could not sell me the tickets. Then then told me if I wanted the tickets that it would be $150 more. Bait and Switch. Stay away from these guys.

I did’ nt received the confirmation tickets by email during 24 hours. I tried to cancel the order and I waiting for the answer yet.

I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. I was not aware that if I had an e-ticket request, I would be ineligible to sign up for Fast Pass opportunities. If there had been some statement to that effect, I would have obtained hard copies. This has been very disturbing to me and I will avoid using this service in the future.

Customer service fast and nice. But selling each ticket for the double amount what they orginally cost isn't right or fair. Big scam

Said i had to go and pick up from kissimmee and not have an e ticket

They didn't send me the e-ticket as ordered and it may cause us lots of trouble and waist of time.
