Customer care over phone very good

Very easy with the e-ticket. Only thing is that we needed to have them printed out, but that because of Universal’s system that can not scan direct in the phone.

Purchased WDW tickets Received the confirmation email quickly which let us connect our tickets to our magic bands. You cannot connect "will call" tickets to your magic bands through the app, it has to be through the website. The verbiage on the email had me quite concerned that I was going to have to pick up my "etickets" at will call when I arrived. The language on the email should have been more clear.
