Fair price and great service!

My daughter and I went to the ticket center in person today and purchased tickets for Universal. Headed straight to the park and had no trouble getting in, plus we saved on both the at-gate price AND Universal's online pricing. The tickets are a printed sheet of paper with a bar code on them. When you enter Universal the first time you also use a fingerprint scanner. Later when we rode the Hogwart's express from IOA to Universal they scanned our sheets and we had to place finger on the scanner... and again no issues. We're headed back to Universal tomorrow, and I don't anticipate any issues. (I'm just hoping that our sheets of paper tickets hold up for 2 more days at the park. If not, I'm assuming guest services at the park can assist with that.)

Good prices and excellent service. When I picked up the tickets, they went through all the details and made sure we had everything as ordered. It is a little tricky to find the office by gps though.

I received the E-Tickets 12 hours after booking online. The price was the lowest among all the other agents. Linked the tickets to MDE already. Happy with my purchase! Their price does fluctuate so you always have to compare.
