I thought it was a great place to buy since they didn't charge tax and it saved us (not much) but a good $30. However i called and about two months ago and was told that i should wait until after spring break to buy because the prices will go down... This was not the case. Luckily i still got them at a good deal but i was lied to.

The process was good, but in my opinion, you should advice people to choose receive the tickets at hotel, because is cheaper than to pay a taxi until to place to pick up it.

The Official Ticket Centre were great to work with and provide awesome and affordable tickets for attractions. My rating may seem harsh as I didn’t have a terrible experience with them, the only problem I had was that I was in communication with their customer services as I needed clarification on some of the items in my cart, they replied a day or two later, and by the time I received clarification from them and now was going to checkout, my cart items had increased in price by $30 each! This was for me an astronomical increase, and although I do realize that the ticket Centre is not repsonsible for the increases, I felt that it would have been good practice for the customer service provider to have warned me of the increase, especially after I had explained that I had these ticket items were already in my cart ready for purchase. I must say though that I did voice my concern to one of the customer service operators and they were helpful and accommodating however due to the unexpected increase we had to forfeit our original ticket Day count and now have one less day at the parks as the increase was too burdensome. This experience however will not stop us from using them again, as they have always been reliable otherwise.

If you're shopping internationally for WDW e-tickets (at least from Mexico), they aren't your best choice. For some reason they can't do a credit card verification on international e-ticket orders and won't let you know until the charge goes through. I got an email stating this and would not have been able to do fastpass plus reservations because the tickets turned into physical ones that I had to pickup upon arrival. That, of course, was a major inconvenience because the whole point of getting e-tickets is to be able to book advanced fastpass+. After a few emails they agreed to issue a full refund on the order.

The service is fine, but the attendant humor needs some improvement to deal with his customers.

Having to call your credit catd holder then going back online is not as nice as one would think. It's more of a hassle than i want to do.

I've used discount ticket companies before and we received the actual park tickets. Through this company it was a print out which was a little disappointing.
