I originally received an e-mail stating my information did not match up and my Disney tickets would need to be mailed versus e-tickets delivered via email. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Douglas - who was so friendly and understanding. He reiterated that he would have it looked at first thing. Within an hour the issue was resolved and my e-ticket received. They are so friendly and personable - I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend others to their business!
