Tickets came via email rapidly. I just happen to think it is DISGUSTING that a third party can get 15 dollars for each ticket.

Could not order e tickets on line. Problem on their end. Tickets have to be mailed. Also if you don’t stay in Disney property you can’t sign up for fast pass until 30 days prior to arrival

Only sales the tickets! Do not take care of you if ther is a or some problem.

It started out okay. However when I got the email regarding our tickets the name to pick up the tickets was wrong! Thank God I noticed it or we could have had major problems. Officials ticket center needs to be more careful. This was a purchase of almost $1000 that could have gone horribly wrong! The email I received after it was corrected stated “we were able to change the name “. Like we made a mistake. It was not us it was them!

While the process was straight forward, the system encountered a problem and said "...try back later". That was the 2nd time I had that experience.

It was upsetting to know the tickets were actually cheaper at the park.

Was led to believe that we were getting a discount on tickets, but later learned that was not the case. Moral of the story... Buyer beware and do your homework.

I love the security protocol that they have to protect your identity, but they need better and more aficient way to communicate with regards of the purchase.if there is a need of. Half of my day was wasted. But that didn't got ruined.
