They offered me e tickets for Disney so I did buy them and my credit card was immediatelly charged and an e mail saying my e tickets were in process was sent to my mail; but next day they sent me another e mail saying they couldnt verify and them I needed to pick up my Disney tickets in their office in Kissimmee, Florida when I get in the USA..that makes impossible to get fast passes besides to have to waste my time going to pick up my tickets miles away from my hotel. So I am very disappointed.

I used Official Ticket Center instead of boardwalkticketing.com and paid $30 more for the tickets because Official Ticket Center advertised that I would get the fast pass immediately. Boardwalkticketing.com advertised it would take up to 24 hours. After I purchased the tickets from Official Ticket Center, I learned it would take up to 12 hours to get my fast pass. It actually took 17 hours. I wish I would have used Boardwalkticketing.com and saved the extra $30. I'm very annoyed at the false advertising.

Great there is a fraud prevention system, just annoying that we after contacting them still could only receive first part of etickets and then had to go to their location to pick up the remaining. Not least a bit inconsequential to send some per mail and not all, though this saved our purchase there as we were in Tampa at the time. Then it did not help as one individual hung up on me when I called back, not once but twice, right after I stated my name. I do not want to give his name out here, but if you want to know just ask me, this is not professional in my opinion.

I was unable to get my order due to an over the top screening process that did not accept the payment even although the name on the order and the name on the Credit card were the same. To link a screening process to an e-mail address is ridiculous.

Difficult to click on seating selections. Took us several frustrating attempts before purchase could be made.
