I recently applied for an eTA on the morning of my trip to Toronto. I got it approved in about 5 minutes. Their expedited service costs a premium but they saved me from missing my flight which would have cost hundreds of pounds to reschedule.

I'm a travel agent in Greece and we use the Canada eTA services to process our large group orders. We are satisfied with their services and recommend them to other businesses as well. Our only suggestions is for them to offer more trained staff support availability in the evenings as often the phone staff cannot provided specialist assistance. If you have the option, request help from Jayne when you dial in.

Had an issue with an eTA application initially getting denied after communications with IRCC. Didn’t expect I needed help but I contacted the site and reapplied through them at their advice. The fees were well above what I wanted to pay but given the service provided I felt it was not totally unreasonable to get assistance from a human rather than a bot. Fortunately with their help my eTA was eventually approved. The service may not be for all but for those who need a bit extra help it’s fairly worth it.

Not even 1 star. Obviously not an official site, though the eta is valid. They charge 85 dollars for a document that costs 7 CAD.

The eTA for Canada is only $7 CAD. This website charged my father-in-law $85 USD. When disputed the charge, they offered 25% refund. They are in violation of the UK Consumer Rights Act of 2015 by not advising anywhere on their website the cost breakdown. Nowhere, does it state that $7 CAD is the visa and the rest is a fee. They are in violation of multiple UK Online and Distance selling laws including not providing VAT number on the purchasing page. We will continue to fight until we receive a full refund.

This website calls itself "Official Canada ETA" and is designed to look and feel like the official Canadian ETA website, with a similar font, logo and colour scheme. Its sole purpose is to deceive people looking for the official Canadian ETA website and they do not carry out the "premium services" that they purport to.

Scam company! Not official Canadian site! If you use it they will charge you 85 USD for what should cost 7 USD, and I doubt that the visa they provide is even valid.
