Had an issue with an eTA application…
Had an issue with an eTA application initially getting denied after communications with IRCC. Didn’t expect I needed help but I contacted the site and reapplied through them at their advice. The fees were well above what I wanted to pay but given the service provided I felt it was not totally unreasonable to get assistance from a human rather than a bot. Fortunately with their help my eTA was eventually approved. The service may not be for all but for those who need a bit extra help it’s fairly worth it.
