The ordering was easy to navigate and when I called to finalize the transaction Shawn did a great job educating on the processes followed for delivery. Furniture was on back order for some pieces delivery of the bulk of the order was great.

Shawn made the process so easy. He asked questions about how the product was going to be installed. Then he advised of all the parts we needed to install the panels. He added those to my order and processed the order for me. It was a very simple and quick transaction. I appreciated his professionalism and efficiency.
