EXTREMELY Heavy Furniture
I wasn’t aware that there would be so many boxes. There was no place for the delivery guy to put them except in front of my garage doors. Then I had to move them myself to get the doors open. They’re extremely heavy. Perhaps a warning on the website regarding how many boxes the furniture arrives in? We also had to get a hand cart to get it all up the stairs because there was no way my husband and I could carry it all up, and we’re pretty strong people.

Hi Lisa - Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, not all manufacturers provide the box count for us, but will take this under consideration for a future improvement and talking point with the manufacturers. We do include the weights of the items if the manufacturer supplies the data on each of the item pages. Please note, that FedEx does put the total weight and piece/box/carton count on the tracking. I did check the tracking via the FedEx link and site it does show 843lbs and 8 pieces. Best, OfficeFurnitur2Go.com

I ordered my products for my Illinois…
I ordered my products for my Illinois showroom. I was notified that what I wanted was not in stock and would I take a different product. I agreed. When I received my order, I could tell this was a returned product (half way installed out of the box) and hardware was missing. Contacting the office was too much back and forth for me to rate any higher than 3-stars. It was an okay experience...nothing WOW.

The items ordered were out of stock…
The items ordered were out of stock after we ordered them. I did not know that until the delivery time came & went & I contacted the company to see what the new date would be. They said they emailed me, but I never received it. The items would be available several months later if we wanted to wait or we could place a different order. We opted to wait. But the good news is they were shipped a month earlier than the rescheduled date. Now the shipper, that's a different story. I don't know how much control OfficeFuniture2go has over their delivery person, but that could have used some improvement. Since we just received the shipment, we haven't had it assembled yet, so don't know what kind of experience we will have with that. Can't speak for the quality of the order yet since it's still in the boxes.

The Adjustable Height desk has been far more popular than anticipated and our warehouse was caught short on inventory as a result. it sounds like the whole delivery process could have been handled more smoothly as well. Your furniture is nice
Your furniture is nice, but improve your website. It has very limited search capability. Your catalog is easier to use than the website. Also, let people create accounts. I have to type everything in every time I place a new order.

The quality of the products is…
The quality of the products is exceptional, the quality of the service is not in line with current expectations. They cannot give an eta, the window is too broad and has been inaccurate at the best of times. Case in point, one of my items was back ordered. When it was eventually available I was asked if it could be delivered the next day. The delivery window I was given was 12~4 so I made arrangements accordingly but the driver showed up at 7:30am!
