After waiting two weeks, it's distressing to find (on a weekend, when customer service is closed) that one of your items is damaged. If the process was quicker, I wouldn't be so disappointed.

The furniture is beautiful, however there is no way to view your account or track your orders. I placed orders a couple of times and both times I was not able to login into my account to purchase more of the same item. I had to search to find my original order in my email and to make sure I purchased the same item. It would have been easier to login to my order and see what my past order was.
