Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Placing a large order online is a little scary these days. Before ordering our furniture, I called multiple times with questions and every time I called, a friendly voice answered. That should be the norm, but it is not these days. Very good customer service and delivery on time

Our experience with this company has been great! We had a lengthy wait on the furniture, but this was due to supplier issues, no fault of theirs. We placed the order and they immediately reached out with a time frame for delivery. It was months out, but they were right on track with that estimated delivery date and we had our items right on time. We had an issue with the delivery company but they willingly owned it and went above and beyond to ease our frustration. We will absolutely use them again when the need arises! Sarah was very kind and helpful - we appreciated her quick responses to our questions and concerns.

Shawn is professional and quick to assist when I call. He definitely knows his merchandise and quality. This is my 3rd time purchasing for our offices and he has done a great job each time.

I saw a specific L-shaped desk on the OfficeFurniture2go web site but the site gave a 4-6 week delivery lead time. I called and spoke with Shawn and he helped me find one that could ship immediately. Really great customer service and also helped me understand more about the product I was ordering. 5 stars - I'd buy from them again.

Shawn Heyer was very helpful as I was in dyer need to find a conference table for an upcoming meeting with the CEO of our company. After find a table of my choice Shawn discussed with me that it would not be in stock until May. Since that didn't work in my timeframe, Shawn continue to check stock on different tables referring me to stock items where I settled on a different style and purchased immediately. Shawn was very helped !
