OfficeFurntiture2Go deserves a 5 star rating, except the local delivery service they use is HORRIBLE. But rating OfficeFurniture2Go: the furniture quality is great, packaged well for transit & easy to assemble. The people there are very courteous & responsive. Any questions/concerns were immediately addressed and resolved, 5 star PLUS. The problems came with their "local" delivery/movers ABS Freight (ABF) who showed up with only one guy & asked to be rescheduled when he could get help. He showed up the 2nd time, again alone, no dolly (a furniture mover w/no dolly?) I had to move the furniture myself - after having paid extra to have it delivered to my suite. OfficeFurniture2Go did credit me $300 for the inconvenience caused by the incompetence of ABF. I was very impressed w/OfficeFurniture2Go but will insist on a different delivery company for any future purchases.

Great Desk. Seems like pretty good quality. The shipping was sporadic and without any given notice which was a bit of a pain considering it came in 4 separate deliveries and each piece was very heavy / bulky. When ordered it said about 4-6 weeks delivery. Pieces started showing up within 48 hours and everything was there within 1 week of ordering. Ecstatic that it came so quickly, but I was given zero notice on shipping / arrival dates. This could have been handled better. The customer service was fantastic though. The desk top was delivered broken in half, and it was immediately replaced with one simple phone call.

There were a few things that were not as good of quality as we thought they should have been for the price.

Thank you for your prompt service in regards to a broken drawer pedestal. Bummed it was a little damaged. Appreciate your great level of customer service.

Great service but did not follow the shipping instructions I provided, ending up costing me man hours waiting for UPS delivery. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who want to buy office chair.

Very nice product; however we are awaiting delivery. We were supposed to receive a week ago and still don't have them. We have ordered these in the past and are adding to our collection.

The furniture meets the my needs as an Administrative Assistant. I would have given a "5" overall, however, our first delivery person through the company was not polite. I have to say though, that the delivery person we had after-the-fact was excellent. Overall very satisfied.
