Still waiting for the second part of…
Still waiting for the second part of the one order to come in. We ordered a conference room table, the table top came in a few weeks ago, still waiting for the base to arrive.

I apologize Sheila. I do see where there was a shipping error and that table base needed to be reshipped. Bush confirmed the new base is in the works. Tracking will be sent just as soon as it is available. I am so sorry for the delay. Thanks for your patience.

The drawer and table top to the desk I…
The drawer and table top to the desk I ordered were broken. Now I need to wait several weeks for the replacement parts. I'm glad that you are able to replace it, however, I'm stuck waiting to use the desk until the new part arrive.

Watch out for bait and switch
After I ordered some items that were shipped free of charge, I got an email saying I had to unload the items from the truck myself or pay a hefty sum to have their drivers take the item off the truck. Feels like a bait and switch scheme to me. I canceled my order due to what felt like fraud to me. Will never order from them again.

Hi Gene - We are sorry you feel that way. There was no attempt for a bait and switch here. Unfortunately, when an 18-wheeler shows up to deliver to a residential address it is extremely difficult for a truck to deliver as it could for commercial customers with a loading dock. We state this in our shipping policy on our website AND on every product description detailing how each product would need to be delivered under 'Shipping'. Shipping options are as follows: Small Package Delivery, Truck Delivery, Assisted Truck Delivery, White Glove Basic Delivery, and White Glove Premium Delivery. The product you purchased clearly states it would be delivered by TRUCK and "Items that are too large or heavy for the small package carriers may be shipped by a carrier equipped to handle larger packages such as ABF, YRC, XPO, etc. Drivers are not required to remove the product from the truck and may need assistance to complete the delivery. This method of shipment is utilized usually for bulky items or commercial customers with a loading dock." I had to wait 4 months to receive a desk, :( they should put a tag "out stock" stead offering it as available.

I ordered a wall mount hutch on October…
I ordered a wall mount hutch on October 17 with a delivery date of 10/31 at the latest. It is now November 16 and I still have not received the furniture. At this rate I dont know if I will ever receive it. When I contacted customer service about the delay they were less than helpful with no follow through. I will not be ordering from them again.

Scuff marks on this product
Scuff marks on this product. One corner mashed up. Have not been able to get a hold of anyone to report this, have given up and just accepted it. I've wasted plenty of time on this, I hope our employees do not do the same.

When ordering I wasn't told that the item(s) would be coming from outside the country, thus extending the delivery estimate. Then, it wasn't until my order was already purchased that I learned that I would have to pay $95 for shipping if I didn't have the ability to lift the item(s) off of a semi-truck. When the items finally arrived they were broken. I'm pretty certain this is my worst furniture purchasing experience ever. I would suggest at time of purchase customers are given the shipping restrictions/options. Also, it's important to note that two times I had to contact customer service i was quickly on the line with a real person--both of whom were very informative and helpful.

The only reason for 2 stars is because…
The only reason for 2 stars is because the desk is really nice. The process was unbelievable trying to get it actually delivered - then when it was it was dumped on the curb the entire 500 lb pallet
