Ordered a conference room table from this company. Was guranteed by Shawn Heyer the table was a stock item and would arrive within 2 weeks. 7 weeks and multiple emails without response later, I get a delay notice from Sarah Frandle. Offered to ship the table with a part missing and complete the order at a later date. Accepted and was told it would ship the next week. 3 MORE weeks and I'm told they expect it to be enroute at the end of this week. Emailing one more time for an update and I frankly expect to be dissapointed by this company lying to me again. AVOID THIS VENDOR

I had to make entirely too many phone calls to coordinate between the manufacturer and the delivery company. That included having to go back and forth between my building management company and the delivery company to ensure they had the required insurance. When I finally got the chairs they were unassembled- a fact that I should have been made aware of at the time of purchase since I made the purchase over the phone with a sales associates.

I am not one to typically leave bad reviews but this experience was especially terrible. From the start, I received no confirmation email for my order and had to call three times to confirm it was actually placed. Then, the delivery date was changed twice, pushing delivery months back than expected. When my boss' new desk finally arrived to our office, the packaging was damaged (with some pieces without a box) and the delivery man was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He refused to assist with carrying up any of the extremely heavy desk pieces to our office suite despite the fact that he had a dolly with him and we had reserved the freight elevator. I was forced to take the boxes off of the dolly and take the furniture up / carry it all into our own office by myself and injured my back in the process. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from OfficeFurniture2go in the future.

The table base was damaged and the laminate on top edge is peeling away. I followed the instructions where it says call customer support and called the number on the installation guide and waited over 30 minutes and finally hung up because I got no answer. I called the website customer service and haven’t heard from anyone else since

Still havent recieved my item. And tracking has not been updated

Horrendous experience so far. Have yet to receive my desk, and neither the seller nor the shipper will follow through. The last update on my order was for delivery by Nov. 11th.

The cabinet is nice for the price but the is not adequate if you need it to be really secure. Fast with good communication.

One of the tables was damaged in transit. After waiting a month for delivery, it will take another month to reconcile.
