I was tasked with ordering furniture for the 5 executives I support. It's been stressful and had go back to the drawing board several times. OfficeFurniture2Go was my last resort. Shawn was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He reassured me he could still get the 4 credenza's in Modern Walnut even though the website didn't list the color I needed. Shawn was thorough and went above and beyond to make the purchase easy and stress-free from beginning to end. I am confident I will be a repeat customer simply because of Shawn and his professionalism. He deserves a bonus! A fantastic experience, I highly recommend this company.

The order process online was simple but the follow-up with Sarah, so that I might get white glove delivery was what elevated this process to the sublime! She found a company to bring this 400 lb desk into my house without damaging my newly refinished hardwood floors. Plus when it was apparent that I did not receive shelf supports with the desk and I bought them locally, Sarah issued me a generous credit for my trouble! Customer service at it's best!

Even though the wrong color chair was delivered first, they corrected the problem and sent the correct color chair within a few days.
