I’d like to give a big THANKS to Gabby (Reston Office Depot off Foundation Drive in Reston VA) in the copy center. She went above and beyond to help me with a special request. She is awesome. Thanks Gabby! Michelle

I bought an office chair from Office Depot in 2014. In 2018 one of the 5 wheels started to fall off making it very annoying to sit on...Last week I turned the chair upside down. I found a big label with a customer service number on. I called the number and explained my issue. I provided the model number. Well - in less than 3 days I got 5 new wheels and the under carriage of the chair. This was at NO cost whatsoever to me. I am amazed how quickly and frictionless Office Depot (Office Max) provide this service to me. 5 Stars to you!!! I am coming back to buy more from you.

Great service from a large national company, we used to use independents but moved to nationals to save on the cost and they have been good to us so far in regards to price and service levels.

I went to the store located at 650 N University Blvd in Pembroke Pines, Florida, because I have a problem with a binding book job. The store was really busy and the Asistant Store Manager ( Jairo ) and a couple of his employees ( Gabriela, I do not remember the name of the other girl in customer service) they took care of my problem and re did the binding. That is customer service at the top. Great job people. Keep working like that. Thank you JULIO VELOZ

Use office depot regularly for work. We haven't been disappointed with their service, though I do wish they would update their website. It's a little clunky.

My first order of Chrome Cast somehow got lost in mail service. When I complained Office-depot immediately shipped another free off charge and any payment. THAT is EXCELLENT SERVICE. Best regards Gert O., President GoCom
