I am seeing a lot of negative reviews that I didn't read until after ordering a new modem, so I was rather worried about when I would get my package. I ordered it April 29 at 7:30 pm. The shipping label was created immediately, and said the package would arrive May 1. Today, May 1, it arrived! In TWO days, not even a full 48 hours later! Even Amazon isn't able to deliver in that amount of time right now.

My experience was very good, but then I expect certain things like delivery time, wait time, even difficulties with customer service and website availability during a pandemic. If you bother to look back at the reviews prior to this time, they were mostly quite good. It's sad that so many people are vengeful and self-centered during this time.

Really good deals going on and the shipping was fast. We ordered a few new pieces of new office furniture and some paper/dividers. Furtnifure came a few days later and it was all high quality, worth the money especially the desk and chairs.

This will be my second review but necessary because Reanna Joseph, a representative/specialist at Office Depot/Office Max understood that my canceled tech subscription funds were not returned to my credit card account that I used. Ms. reviewed my account and recognized that I had spoken to two previous reps who were just as nice but request was not implemented by the necessary department. I was assured that immediate action will be made to refund money back to my credit account. I have a good feeling that this matter will be resolved soon. Thank you, Gloria Asport

Recently I went to the Office depot at The Tower Shoppes in Davie Fl. I was assisted by a retired gentleman called Peter. He cashed me out that day and he was extremely pleasant and kind. Peter showed that he value people and take great pleasure in his work. He was a breath of fresh air that day. Though I was having a great day, he made it alot better. No matter in what condition you might of walked into that store, after engaging with Peter, he gives you a new outlook on people skills and customer service. Great individual to have on your TEAM !!! I visited the McComb Mississippi Store tonight and had an EXCEPTIONAL experience. Adam Willingham gave me 5 Star Service! I arrived at the store about 7:45 to get my mothers 70th Birthday Party Programs printed, without hesitation Adam went far and beyond to help me make my event a success! Adam’s customer service is outstanding. McComb Store, General Manager, Manager you have a jewel who takes pride in his job and your customers!
