I placed a Graphics Card order on 1/17/2018 with description that will be delivered on the 2/20/2018 - I agreed on the waiting time and placed the order... on 2/20/18 the item still wasn't shipped so I reached out to the Office Depot assistance page, then we went back and forth how they can't get a word from the Vendor and need to wait more time... then I followed up a week later, they said I need to wait more time, and once I receive my card that they'll give me 10% off what I've paid... THEN They ignored my last 2 emails I tried to follow up!!! Fast forward to 3/07/2018 I reached out to the LIVE CHAT option and I got this answer: """I am really sorry, I have further checked with our department and it is indicated the item has been discontinued and no longer available. However you have not been charged for this order and will be canceled and we can offer to search for an alternate item.""" What a great service a?... I waited for almost 2 months for this??? meanwhile the prices have changed on the graphic cards, and now this card is %40-%50 more than what it used to go for... NO WONDER WHY THEY DON'T WANT TO SHIP IT A?.... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Beware of their rewards club. It is a bit of a Bait and switch. Reward $s dissapear. Oh and the last little diddy, we have been recyling printer cartridges and not getting credit for them. The excuse is the cartridge was not bought in the store where we brought them in to be recycled - we buy them from OD online, have been for years. Never a problem in the past, until mid 2017. Been doing this for 5+ years with Office depot. So I guess, they take my 10 cartridges a month, and get money for them without rewarding my company. $10 each is what we have been getting. We do not do business with office depot any longer, if I am near an OD store and I have to go to the bathroom, I use theirs. That is the only thing these crooks are good for - to take care of my crap. Amazon has been a better model for us going forward. They do not commit to stuff they will not do.

I recently purchased a turbo tax software. The store only has open boxes that give to the cashier and they slip it into the box. When I returned home I raised I had gotten the Incorrect one. When I can to return and get the correct one. I was told they had a no return policy on software. I had never told this when purchasing software. I have always purchased software and other products but this will be my last business transaction with this company. Mistakes are made but there should be other policy when it is seen that the product has not been opened.

The Office Depot in Grand Prairie Texas on I-20 has undoubtedly the worst customer service I've ever seen. I have been in the store numerous time and have yet to have one employee acknowledge my presence. It amazes me how many store clerks and managers can walk right past a customer and not even say "hello" or "can I help you". I am sorry that my presence causes the store so much trouble in the future I shall take my money and business elsewhere.

Merchants beware Office Depot offer merchant services please please protect your money as soon as you apply with out you giving them the go ahead they start charging you and they keep charging you even though you haven’t started with them and even after you terminate they keep charging you account called head quarters they don’t even care it’s a scam the big guys tell you your only a small business you don’t even count this company should be run out of business they are dishonest you call complain and get ignored they never call back save your money they are crooks I could give them minus 10 stars I would please repost this on your Facebook instagram everywhere let us all put this crooked company out of business or at least get the ceo fired I’m posting everywhere I can I’m also calling the tv station to expose them

Worst online service I ever received will not use them again messed up two orders that was intended for Christmas gifts, would rate -10 if possible.

I am shopping on OfficeDepot.com right now. In just a few seconds, I have been interrupted 4(!) times by various popups harassing me to sign up for "updates" or discounts. It's like running an obstacle course! Finally, after dismissing all the popups, I was able to search for my item. After clicking on the first search result, I was presented with a row of ads obstructing the view of the actual item. So I had to scroll past the ads only to find out it's out-of-stock(!). What an incredible waste of time. Ugh. I will never shop at OfficeDepot.com again.

There are not enough words to express my extreme disappointment with Office Depot. Something over there is just not working well. I placed an order for paper on the 7th, did not know that this was not going to be available until the order of the rest of the items was delivered without the paper. When I called I was informed that this was on a back order to be delivered the following week, at this point I did not push for a specific date. I later called and asked for a specific date at which point I was told delivery would be on the 13th. Not feeling confident with getting this order on the 13th I thought to place another order for paper on the 12th, called up to make sure that product was on hand and would be delivered on the 13th as well as reminder of the back order due to be delivered on the 13th, essentially getting 2 boxes of paper. 13th comes and goes, no paper. I then call again and am told that this is all on a back order for the following week. At this point this is no longer acceptable, an order placed on the 7th was made because I needed the product. What office can run without paper. I'm told there is nothing they can do, no credit note can be issued, an offer of £5 off is offered as compensation - quite laughable really. I'm given my account manager's details, still waiting to hear from her. I've asked for a call back via their website - still waiting on this. Guess what - still no paper. Totally annoyed at this point really. Now looking for a more reliable supplier so we can cease and desist any dealings with Office Depot, this will be applicable to all our other regional offices across the UK.
