I placed my order October 3rd. Every email I received was BLANK including the order number and shipment notifications. I ordered six basic items and they came in six separate shipmensts, what a waste. When I go into my account everything was still in the shopping cart. I called customer support and she said all items were delivered, two hadn't. I guess they'll be sending those and they'll arrive in three days. I'm not holding my breath. Don't bother ordering from them. I'll NEVER order from them again. They have serious ecommerce problems.

WorkPro® Quantum 9000 Series I purchased this product on sale then after couple days they cancel the order but they did not cancel the extended warranty. I spoke to a representative they said it is a discontinued item but the item is available on their website. Do not trust office depot sale.

I went to Office Max to purchase supplies for my home office. I have been there scores of times in 30 years and always pay with a check. I went to there store last night and was going to pay with a check from my new Chase Bank Account and the check was declined. I ask why because there was many times the amount I was purchasing in the bank. Cashier could not tell me. So I called their Telecheck company (which it appears they own) and was told I didn't have enough checking history or purchase history, but it might work next time. Wrong! I would suggest no one buy from them or beware that 55 years of writing checks is not check writing history to be accepted. With no hot checks. What a joke. No wonder they had to merge to stay relevant. From now on it will be Quill Office Supplies.

Overpriced...They switched to a TERRIBLE delivery service, Dynamex who has been consecutively delayed with orders the past three months. I am cancelling our business account.

If you are not 1000% sure the item you are ordering is exactly what you want. Do NOT order from Office Depot! go to Amazon or somewhere that accepts returns without any problems. I personally will do my best not to order from Office Depot again.....

I placed my order for a Dell XPS 13 on the 15th of August, 2018. I was excited for it because it is replacing my old laptop that I use for college as an engineeering student. My credit card was charged. The first week went by, the order was still in processing. So I called and asked what was going on, and the answer I received was “this item is a special order, it’s going to take a longer than normal processing time.” After the next couple of days went by, I continued to call almost once every two days because nobody was communicating with me, and I was getting the same answer. Eventually I was given a ticket number and told that someone would call me back the next business day to talk to me and fill me in on the laptop’s whereabouts after speaking to the third-party vendor. No call. Nothing. I called again, and on the sixth time I eventually gave up (8/29/2018). I told myself that I was hoping it would come after the past 6 DIFFERENT people who had spoken with me from Office Depot’s customer service hasn’t reassured me that this order was going to be dispatched. Yesterday morning, I received an email (NOT A PHONE CALL LIKE THEY SAID) telling me that my order has been cancelled because the item was out of stock when I placed my order.. what?! Seriously? I didn’t place an online order, I placed a phone order in live time with an actual representative, and both of us at that time KNEW that the laptop was in stock for sure. Huge HUGE inconvenience. My classes start the 5th of September. What am I supposed to do now without the laptop I asked for? It not only was a super inconvenience to wait, but I was also LIED to for 2 weeks straight by 6 people. I will never place a single order with OfficeDepot again until they make this right.

I wanna start off by saying the people there are so unprofessional then the service cost for the assistance is very unacceptable. I walked out of there spending over $20 on a12 page fax which included the conver sheet and i was also charged for that which should have been free because it was there own cover sheet needless to say i will never go back and i am going to review them on every site because 1.69 per page and 1.89 for the first page...wth kind of ish is that on a local fax thats ridiculous and the only reason I paid it is because i used there services and knew I nor anyone I know will ever go there again I will buy a fax machine first and not from them TRUST this is a rip off place.

We recently ordered and received 4 cases of copy paper (10 reams per case). 3 of the 4 cases were substantially damaged... we're talking the end of the cardboard ripped open/off, the paper wrappers of individual reams ripped, and the ends of the actual copy paper damaged. We also just ordered a Zebra thermal printer from OfficeDepot.com on a Thur and not only chose Overnight Express, but AM delivery at an even higher S&H cost (plus their product cost for the printer itself was much higher than we found at other places, but those places wouldn't ship by Overnight Express). Checkout indicated it would arrive the next day (Fri). I checked the order status Fri morning when it should have been arriving and found it hadn't even shipped yet. I contacted Office Depot support that morning by phone. They said they would check in to it and get back with me. In the afternoon, they emailed that it would be shipping shortly and should arrive by Thur of next week (exactly 1 week from date of an order placed with Overnight AM Delivery Express). There was not even any mention of compensation such as at least refunding the Express S&H cost. I responded to cancel the order and issue a full refund, and I ordered one elsewhere (this was Fri late afternoon). Several hrs later they emailed that my order has shipped, but tracking indicated it wouldn't be delivered until Monday. The one I had just ordered elsewhere a few hrs earlier was already scheduled for Saturday (overnight) delivery. So I suspect on Monday we'll be getting an attempted delivery of an order from Office Depot 3 days late that we'll have to refuse and have returned to sender. I hope we can get a FULL refund in short order without having to dispute the charge, or any portion of it. UPDATE: Just received a refund that was almost $20 short of what I paid for the Zebra printer that was ordered with Overnight Express AM Delivery that was refused when it didn't arrive until 4 days. Office Depot didn't even provide any accounting of what that amount is for or how they arrived at the amount they refunded. It appears I'm going to have to dispute the charge through Mastercard.
