If there was an option for zero stars thats what I would give them. The worst ever delivery service. They do not deliver as promised. Don't ever use them.

If you're running a busy business and need office supplies, furniture or a computer DO NOT use these people. I needed a new laptop in a hurry. They haven't even processed my order. These people are definitely not on their toes so you better be if you're using them as a vendor. I've spent so much money over the years with them and it's a disappointment that my loyalty is completely disregarded.

I do all my shopping online and have never experienced such a nightmare as I have with Office Depot. This was my first time ordering from them , I had seen an add pop up for Office Depot showing cookies and I went to the site to check them out. They were called "Faith Cookies" and I thought how cute , they will be great for my churches children's groups. The box of cookies were $34.99 not cheap but they were to be an 85 ct. pack of 1oz. bags. and I would also get a 20% discount if I made an account. I did , the shipping would be free if $35.00 or more so I added a Box of Keebler Cookies at the sale cost of $7.90 and some clearance tissues for $1.56 . They split the order into 2 separate orders and I received 2 order numbers ,1 for the Faith Cookies and 1 for the Keebler Cookies and tissues . i ordered on 2/27 and the Faith Cookies arrived a couples days later (very fast) problem was they were all squished in a box , not 85 pks and past the best use date. I opened one pack and several cookies were in crumbs. I immediately called Office Depot - waited what seemed forever to speak to an agent only to get one that I could barely understand, He didn't seem to get what I was trying to tell him and I was very clear , I repeated myself several times and all he kept saying was I'm very sorry and put me on hold. He returned and gave me a reference number and said someone would contact me asap , no one did until 3/1 and I was told that the Keebler Cookies and Puff tissues were all out of stock ! What did this have to do with the Faith Cookies that were defective ? I had the order cancelled. I then called and spoke to a woman that told me the keebler cookies and the Puff tissues were not out of stock and if I wanted she would place the order for me at a lesser cost and make sure I received a refund on the first order (this is the Keebler cookies and Puff tissues ) I asked about the Faith Cookies that I had a reference number for and she looked into that also but there were no notes , nothing there that she could find , finally after searching she found that the order had been cancelled , All my orders were cancelled. Long story short , they charged my credit card for orders I never received and I have defective cookies that I will be donating to the homeless. Office Depot finally told me they would have to contact the seller that they get the cookies from before they could do anything because they use third party sellers , They would let me know once they knew what the third party wanted to do about the issue of the cookies ! It would take time to process and to have patience, NO,I lost all Faith in Office Depot when they told me that, If I knew I was ordering from a third party I would have ordered from Ebay ,I asked if they only stand by products that are Office depot brand name ? If so they are a bad business and I have never encountered such a company before. They also lied and said I received the Keebler Cookies and Puff tissues and had the tracking number , I told them and took a picture of box and that number was for the Faith Cookies. They are so messed up they don't know what they are doing and they don't care about customer satisfaction at all. I am waiting to see if I get a credit on my CC for the Cookies and if not I will have to contact my CCard bank and have them handle it for me. Don't order from Office Depot , they are horrible and have been causing me a headache since I placed that first and LAST ever order from them. I am one to spread the word about a bad shopping experience , many people ask me where to order things online because they know I get the best deals and shop all online even to my food. Office Depot will be on my "NO SHOP" list.

I recently purchased a large desk to be shipped to my home. The day before delivery I was contacted by Office Depot informing me that the item was lost and they would cancel my order and place a new one for me. I received a confirmation of the cancelled order, but still both orders ended up being delivered and I was charged twice. Now I have to take off work to have them pick up the large item that I NEVER ORDERED in order to get a refund and they can't even offer a simple coupon.

They do not price match from the retail website to our business login. Same company. Different price. Chair item#493984 is listed at clearance price $199.99. Trying to buy it through our office depot login the do not honor the price so I can only get it at list price of $499.99. Rather large price discrepancy if you ask me. Customer service on 1-800-GO-DEPOT was no help and live chat was also no help.

Virtually worthless. I ordered three boxes and paking peanuts on the 12th of the month. It is now the 21st. I have contacted them numerous and they have promised delivery day after day after day. Should three boxes and a bag of peanuts be more than they can handle? Terrible company

2 times in a row now we have ordered a case of letter size paper and didn't receive a single case. I contacted customer service. All they were able to do was refund our credit card.. both times. Should it really be this difficult for a business to get a case of paper?? Office Depot needs to get with the times when it comes to their shipping processes. They should take some notes from Amazon. A case of paper should not be shipped from a warehouse, it should be in stock at our local store. I will spend today looking for an alternative to get our office supplies from. I am over Office Depot and their rancid delivery trucks. With how high their prices are you would think they would be able to afford decent delivery trucks, instead of an old dirty Budget truck. Doesn't bode well for their company.

I needed to furnish an office in one of my suites asap. I did not want to wait for 2 days through Amazon. I spent a lot of time searching local office supply stores online and found that Office Depot had the items I wanted. I checked the "in store availability" option online and found that the nearest store with all of the items that I needed was 30 miles away. I had to wait for nearly two days to have the time, moving truck, and staff to drive 30 miles and retrieve the items. It took us most of the morning to meet, get the truck, and drive 30 miles north. When we got to the store, literally, every item was out of stock and only had the floor item available, which we were told we could not purchase. Let me break this down. 1) The website specifically stated the items were in the store which is inaccurate. 2) The floor models were out in the store, but there was no product which is misleading. 3) We were not able to purchase any floor models which is frustrating since it made the entire Office Depot production futile. Additionally, the store clerk and manager were not helpful in any way. They looked irritated that we were in there (the store was completely empty). Finally, the best part of this story is this: We called customer service to voice our complaint and the customer service representative offered to ship us the items for free and we would receive them in 7 to 10 business days! Seriously funny! Amazon does the same thing for free in TWO days! So, we spent two thousand dollars at Amazon and wrote an awful review on Google. Office Depot will close down like a lot of other retailers because they are not keeping up with an online presence and they have deplorable customer service. Not to worry for those of you in customer service, though! I've heard Amazon treats their employees well
