Office DepotReviews of officedepot.com

I know that Covid has affected lots of businesses including yours...I go to the Chammblee Office Depot because of the great customer service. I have to make copies and sometimes enlargements for my job and employee Shaniece is always very helpful and great crevice. Please people, understand that all businesses have had to cut down on staffing due to Covid and the world doesn't revolve around you... Patience and a sence of humor can get you farther than nastiness..Thank you Shaniece!!!

I ordered a case of shine on Saturday free delivery and arrived Monday morning. I have some poor service with other companies and gave them a poor review so I should give a good review for a good service.

This review is specifically for the delivery services for a large office desk. My delivery guys Octavius and Anthony were amazing. They called to let me know they arrived, asked the best way to get into the building and then asked me where I wanted the very large/heavy box to go. They were very efficient and friendly. Thanks fellas!

I came early this morning looking for a legal paper form, and a young store attendant came right away and guide me to shelf where this forms are located. Save me time and money.

Casey at the Snow Road location in Parma Ohio was excellent. He recommended the correct adapter and my issue was resolved immediately when I got home and plugged the adapter in.

Orders a Serta Big and Tall Chair. Great Chair, Free Delivery. They used a third party delivery service that delivered it on time. The assembly was great and product is great. Will update review if anything changes.

Excellent Customer Service!! Armando went above and beyond to assist me because of disability issues. O am forever grateful for that chair sir!! Staff was courteous, professional and attentive. Copy service delivered on time, quality printing... Thank you all!!!
