If I could give zero stars I would. My order has still not arrived. I was promised a delivery date of March 4. That day came and went. I am now told that my order will be delivered by the third party service on or before March 6th. I asked for tracking info. There is no tracking information. I asked for an estimated time of delivery. They could not provide it to me. So let me get this straight... you drop $300 some dollars on a desk that is going to be delivered to your home but you aren't going to tell the customer exactly when?? WHAT? That's insane. People work. They don't sit at home waiting for a delivery. the customer service people in addition to two supervisors didn't help me at all. They tried to assure me that the problem is being escalated. Escalated to what? It's either on it's way or it's not. I will never ever do business with them again or recommend them to my employer or anyone. Worst company ever.

Terrible customer service at the Loveland store. Skyler was rude and simply wanted to talk over me rather than try to understand my concerns. As a business owner if I treated my customers the way they treated me, it would not be long and I would be out of business. My suggestion is get your office supplies somewhere else.

I placed an order for desk chairs for our new store opening in two weeks. I ordered 4 desk chairs and 8 side chairs. In order for me to utalize the coupons I had to order only a few at a time?. The person that assisted me on the on line took over an hour to place the order and totally messed up the order. Besides keeping me on the phone for an hour she kept getting the ship to incorrectly. I was so frustrated that I asked her to cancel the order and I placed it again. The order was never cancelled!!!She had a case of (4) sent to my home which I did not order. It has been more than three weeks since the order was placed.. I called several times and asked to speak to a manager. I was told they were not available. Finally I spoke to someone who has been trying to assist me.All I want to do is to have the box picked up and credited to my account. They also delivered two extra chairs to our store. They do not know what they are doing. I cannot return to store as they are too heavy and the box does not fit in my car.Their customer service is horrible!. NEVER AGAIN! Barbara

Totally unprofessional service cancel my order without any proper Reason they try to deliver stuff without any notice with only one guy who can’t even place my order in house second thing after week they cancel order Not to buy anything from Office Depot

If you purchase from Office Depot or Office Max online, I suggest you not use PayPal. PayPal approved the transaction, Office Depot sent a message that it was not approved so I paid with my credit card. The PayPal amount is still pending showing approved and that Office Depot has not captured it. So, I am currently out double since both transactions have been removed from my accounts. I have been on the phone with Office Depot 4 times and PayPal twice. PayPal can't do anything with it because Office Depot has to cancel on their end and Office Depot claims they have no ability to do so. Complete waste of time and absolutely horrid customer service. Good way to ensure I shop at Amazon where this kind of ridiculous type of thing doesn't happen.

Went to make color copies at Office Depot 2627 Okeechobee Boulevard all copy machines with down big sign said $0.59 color copy I got a desk say I would like color copy said sure no problem and then charged me $0.71 a copy very polite and pleasant as they would taking my money and ripping me off talk to the manager of the store said I know the machine sit down I'll take a note that you said the machine was broken. No Satisfaction from

The company I work for needed an item... so I placed an Online order January 27,2020 and delivery was to be Feb 3, 2020. Then delivery was set to 2/6/20... when I didn't receive the item I contacted Office Depot... I was told the item is coming from a "Third Party" and they had to contact them for information on shipping. Feb 7 I find out that Third Party has item on Back order. Expect to get them in Feb 27 THEN WHEN order is filled it will take 3-5 days to get here. The 3-5 days is expected.. it's the March (maybe) delivery date which will actually put the item about a month (or more, depending on WHEN order is FILLED). That is not acceptable. I will NEVER order from Office Depot Online ever again without talking to someone and finding out if it is from Third Party and more details. I will not trust the "delivery date' provided by the website.
