good item to buy

My husband and I went to purchase a plastic office rug mat recently. We were uncertain on which one to purchase and the Sales Manager, Robert Zell, over at 119 North Cobb Pkwy (Marietta) took the time to explain the pros and cons about them all to help us make our decision. Not only did he assist us with professionalism without trying to rush us, but he also went out of his way to locate a box, taped it up to its configuration and size (due to it being hard to handle and transport) with a great attitude and conversation along the way. He went the extra mile and my husband and I made note of it! This a rarity and he truly deserves a raise! Workers like this need to be appreciated if you want to keep them. People like Mr. Zell makes people like us desire to come back to this location ONLY for more purchases because of how he treated us. Grateful, The McMillans

I would like to compliment a recent interaction with an Office Depot representative. She was willing to listen to my feedback and was very quick and efficient in working with me on my concerns. In a very short time all the concerns were addressed and settled, thus the Office Depot customer service earned a "high five" from me. I have to ad prior to the recent issue I had previous good experiences within stores in terms of how efficiently they handled my orders. So this one time problem was fixed to my satisfaction as they went far and beyond to show how much they value their customers.
