Placed an order on march 11th. Delivery date was set on march 18th since then. Contacted office depot thru text messages twice, and they confirmed I will receive my order on time. Till this moment, the order shows in process. It wasnt even shipped. What a shame... never again from office depot.

This rating is for the corporate office. Shame on you for continuing to subject your staff to the possibility of contracting COVID-19 just to make a buck! My daughter visited the Vallejo, CA store and she was surprised the store she frequents during work errands was STILL open when all the surrounding stores were closed. She said the staff did their best including the store manager named Romel who she says is always on the floor helping customers and staff. She has been going to this store for 3yrs and has NEVER seen the manager out on the floor as much as she's seen him. When I entered the store she was standing in line and I noticed tape on the floor which appeared to help customers keep social distancing. However, I did not see any hand sanitizing stations for the staff nor customers. What is Office Max/Depot thinking??? You have a pandemic on your hands. OI you're going to let greed get the best of you at least support your damn staff and the customers too with hand hygiene. I'm going to contact Corporate tomorrow to express my concerns because this makes no sense. They are not a grocery store so why are you OPEN??? This company is definitely not an essential business per CA. Just because the county isn't apart of the shelter in place the company should protect their employees.

I ordered a printer online. Days after the scheduled delivery date, I contacted Office Depot to find out why my printer had not been delivered. No real explanation was given, but it seemed that the order had not been processed properly, and the original order was canceled and a new order was created. A few days later, without explanation, I received an email saying that the order was canceled and I was being refunded. I'm not sure why Office Depot couldn't fulfill an online order like Amazon, Target and other supply companies. This is incredibly shocking. I will be taking my business to these other office supply companies, and I would advise you to do the same.

Waiting on the phone 1 hour 30mins later.... still waiting... I bought two google homes and got shipped two packs of bic pens..

Never EVER EVER AGAIN. This company customer service and business practices are the absolute worst. In my life dealing with customers, I have never seen such incompetence. Purchase simple paper products off their web site: - Told in stock and delivery next day. - Next day checked OD site and package was shipped. Checked UPS site for details. UPS site said shipping label made but not picked up. - Called customer service and was told the package was shipped and would arrive that day. Nothing. - Called customer service again, Told the package was coming next day for sure (sent a confirmation email). Nothing . - Sent in request to customer service again. Got call and told item was on back order and they could give my money back. All told this took 4 days to sort out a problem that could have been solved by simply saying "Not in Stock" Understand maybe item was out of stock. But all those people saying and promising the same thing. Ridiculous.

Office Depot is a horribly ran business, A few weeks ago my mom passed away, and the caregiver that took care of my mom is an elderly lady, that does not understand how to use email and computers. I asked her to go to Office Depot where I could email her some paperwork that she needed, the attendant at the print and copy department spoke to her in such a horrible manner and told her it was not his business to help her.The office depot at 405 W. Granada Blvd. in Ormond Beach Florida is horribly ran store.

I purchased hand sanitizer before the epidemic. OfficeDepot.com guaranteed they had the item in hand and there was no need to order from their competition. Office Depot made excuses for delays, and the epidemic happened. They assured me again that there's no need to worry and that they still have the product and it will arrive in two days. At that time it was still available from their competitors. Now we are in a state of emergency Office Depot's competitors no longer have the item. Office Depot just admitted they were lying the entire time. They never had the item in the first place, and canceled the order.

I ordered a desk 2 weeks ago that was GUARANTEED within 7 days. I called to ask where the desk was by the 9th day, and they said there was a mistake! Without notifying me. SO I call and spend 45 minutes on the phone for them to PROMISE ME DELIVERY BY *AM the next day..... Then get an email 5 hours later asking if I can set an appointment for my delivery, 5 DAYS after THAT! I was emailing them for another hour plus, and they said it was GUARANTEED yet again by tomorrow morning. I come home from work with NO DESK on my porch, even after signing paperwork to deliver without needing a signature. I call and they then said it would be delivered in another 3 DAYS!!! Still no DESK! Do you people even know what you are doing!?!?!?!?!
