As stated in other reviews, I wish I had read previous posts. I had to call multiple times to update an address with apt. number and was put oh hold, and kept having to repeat myself, and never got it resolved. They said it would take an additional 24-48 hours to receive a call back to confirm what I just told them. Also, placed on multiple holds, and long waits to get an agent. Ended up cancelling the order. Horrible customer service, and will never order from here again.

No Good Deed Goes Unpunished
I thought I was doing the right thing -- reporting an order was incorrectly delivered.
I have never had such an experience with customer service and hope to never again repeat it!
I tried the web site and found the only way to communicate with Office Depot Customer Service was to call the 800 number all other forms of communication were currently suspended.
First I was on hold for 48 minutes before an agent answered. Then I had to repeat my information over and over and over ...
My name and address --
Address on box --
Invoice # 468664183/001 also on box
I had to repeat the information 6 times before I finally understood and talked to Agent Alex as if to a 5 year-old child - very slowly;using small words. Several times I had to ask her to repeat what she said because her accent was too thick for me to understand. After asking me a question, she continually talked over me. No wonder it seemed she wasn't listening to what I was trying to say.
Then Alex put me on hold for another 5 minutes and when she finally came back I had to start all over again! At this point she asked me how I was doing and I told her I was quite perturbed. She asked me what that meant and I told her "upset, agitated, angry, aggravated and irritated." She said she didn't understand.
Then she asked for my account information. I told her I didn't know my account number and my account had no bearing on the incorrectly delivered package. I asked why she needed my account information and she just kept asking for my phone number and email so she could look up my account. Since no explanation was forthcoming, I told her she didn't need my account information and she just kept asking for my phone number and email so she could look up my account.
After another two or three iterations, I asked to speak to a Supervisor. ( by this time I was positively apoplectic at my inability to make myself understood)
I was put on hold for another 11 minutes.
Alex came back on the line and said her supervisor was just too busy to speak to me in a timely manner but she was sure she could help me if i would just hold for another minute (it took considerably more than a minute). Then she said she had accessed my account and sent me this email and the delivery person would pick up the package some time tomorrow between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. I explained that I would not be home as I ha to go to work and her response was "When will you be home" and she started naming days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday? I asked why I needed to be home and she replied that I had to be there so the driver could pick it up. I asked why the driver couldn't pick it up the same way he dropped it off - from my front porch next to the door? She replied "Well, if that is what you want do do."
I was totally infuriated by the time this was done.
I had to repeat myself so many times I was beginning to doubt I was speaking English!
Or maybe she was listening in something other than English!
I told her she didn't need to access my account and she did it anyway!
Why did she need to know when I would not be home?
The call lasted 1 hour and 27 minutes just for me to tell Alex that the Office Depot delivery person made a mistake and delivered the package to the wrong address.

Just like everyone else I haven’t…
Just like everyone else I haven’t received 3 separate orders from them totaling a little less than $200 and all three were showing as Delivered. I literally thought somebody might’ve stolen my packages but what’s the coincidence of all three being stolen that were supposed to be delivered on different days. Ended up finding these reviews up here about the same issue. Very upset about this. Will never order from here again!

I wish I had read the reviews before…
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Do NOT order anything. Just checked my order and it says "delivered". Of course it's not delivered, customer service closed at this time. I'll just dispute my credit card charge. Do yourself a favor and do NOT order a thing from this website. Crooks.

DO NOT ORDER anything
DO NOT ORDER anything
Look due to covid-19 and to their always already crappy customer service you will be left with a waiting order claimed to be delivered but in reality never even processed or at times never even in stock. Save yourself money time and pain.

Buyer beware**
Buyer beware**
Saying things are in stock so you pay for it and later tell you they are out of stock and will not refund your money. You wonder why they have 1-2 stars. Do it order from this store

Terrible Customer Service! Bad overall experience.
I placed an online order on March 23, 2020. I have not received my purchase as of today. I have been on hold for over 1 hour, sent a text message and received this message "Our agents are currently unavailable due to technical difficulties" I Have not even received a courtesy order status update. Terrible customer service! I will never order from Office Depot ever again!

What they routinely do borders on fraud
Computer crashed when removed nonworking 'Honey' app. Called Office Depot as had gotten computer from them. Was told to bring it in, tech could tell in an hour if there was pictures and docs on the hard drive. Brought it in. Tech busy, said he'd check the next day. Didn't. Was subsequently told I should buy insurance and another computer to transfer data to before he looked at it. Insurance was to cover the cost of transferring data on old hard drive . Fell for it particularly as was told only computer I half way liked that was on sale was the last one in stock. Wanted my pictures and data I believed to be on the computer. Subsequently was told nothing was left on hard drive, I must have deleted it. If tech had done what he said he was going to do in the logical order, verify the data still existed, so we'd know if there was anything to transfer, none of this would have happened. Instead I was consistently put off, mislead, kept waiting, with store manager telling me to 'calm down.' One delay led to another including delayed receipt because tech insisted I come at most busy commute time to pick up computer (meaning have to ride an over-crowded, city bus with people sick with colds, the flu, etc. while carrying the old and new computer in a hand cart as I don't have a car.) Couldn't do that because of medical reasons and age. Complained about being mislead, and obvious sexism.
Then worked with a female employee, who also had problems with the truth and getting things done through their distance tech staff. When I went into the store to pick up the computer every employee had been informed what I looked like, that I'd have a hand cart, etc. You could cut the tension with a knife. Person who was supposed to meet w/me was busy, I was ordered to take a seat near an employee who was openly watched me. They treated me like I was a criminal, not someone who had only questioned their tactics. Finally got the computer. When leaving heard the 'watcher' bragging to higher graded employee how she'd controlled me... Lies and games. Won't ever go into another Office Depot store again. They are rotten to the core and all the way to the top. Don't care about their customers, even long-time customers. Slight-of-hand, insults, and lying is their game plan. I've give them no stars if I could. Terrible experience, horrible deceptive people.
