2 orders in April online. April 5, placed order online, ship date of 2 days, 4 days later my card had been charged and no delivery, could not contact customer service at all in any mode. Finally a call to their corp customer relations and order appears next day. April 28, ordered 3 items. Still do not have them, the delivery service they used claims delivered, STILL DO NO HAVE THE 3 ITEMS I ORDERED AND NO WAY TO TRACK THEM. DO NOT BUT FROM THESE CLOWNS, THEY CAN NOT DELIVER!

I called and asked for replacement parts for a FAULTY chair, and the service went through perfectly fine and I was told I would receive the parts in 3-4 business days. The next week I call back and I'm told that one of the customer service employees completely forgot to place the order, but all of the information for it was still in the account created for my case. I receive the package in 4 business days and received THE WRONG PARTS. It wasn't even CLOSE to what I ordered, and even what I did receive was missing parts I asked for, such as the headrest for the chair. I call once more, this time angry because I've now gone 2 weeks without a product that I should've received much earlier, and I ask for the replacements for the chair itself because it broke completely due to the faulty parts. I am then told I will receive an E-gift card NEXT WEEK MAKING ME WAIT EVEN LONGER. This customer service is absolutely atrocious and should be considered for anyone wanting to buy their products.

I placed an Online order 4-28-20, I had 5.05 in reward money to use...So I ordered my items...and looked everywhere on the order to deduct my reward money ...no Spot ..I placed the order and thought I will give the customer service a call to just credit it.... WRONG !!!! What a Nightmare .....I called first thing this morning....was put on HOLD for 20 minutes...(I could not understand him or hear him very well)...then He transferred me to someone else....AFTER 38 minutes....I finally hung up and did the TEXT thing.....After almost 2 hours of back and forth and I explained that....I needed him to Credit my card with the 5.05 Reward money....He said...I confused ???? Really..?? So I explained the whole thing again...He said again...Why You think you need 5.05 credit......??? I was SO frustrated at this point of...waiting...and his playing dumb over and over...That I said....Most Reputable companies....credit this on your card and say Thank You for Using us.....I will tell You...during this ENTIRE TIME OF WAITING AND WAITING FOR RESPONSES....I MADE MY GERMAN POTATO SALAD FOR SUPPER.....COOKED THE POTAO'S AND MADE ALL THE REST.....UNBELIEVABLE...!!!!!!! They use these forgein companies and think we like talking to them....Well....I will NOT be placing an online order with Office Depot AGAIN...AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE......TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.....AND THE GUY MONTY THAT THOUGHT HE WAS BEING SO SMART....HE IS NOT !!!!! HE KNEW DARN WELL WHAT I NEEDED HIM TO DO.....BUT IT IS EASIER TO PLAY DUMB!!!! .SHAME ON YOU OFFICE DEPOT.....

I placed an order for a two drawer file cabinet on 4/14. Never received a confirmation email of the purchase but the amount was deducted from my checking account. I contact Office Depot on 4/17 and was finally sent the email confirming the order BUT they informed the delivery was rejected by me. It was shipped to my home address and we are on COVID-19 lockdown at home with two children under 7 years old so where did we go? No one ever rang, knock, scream, curse, kick, etc. the door or window. I told the “outsourced” rep I didn’t reject the order and really wanted the file cabinet. I was given a refund and the File cabinet was reordered. They couldn’t tell me who the “third party” delivery service was. I received an email stating to expect delivery on 4/21. On 4/21 the website shows the delivery is delayed. On 4/24 I call to speak to another “outsourced” rep that wants to refund my money again and reorder the product. HELL NO! And once again the “third party” shipper is unknown. UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and even Lazer delivery trucks have no problem with my deliveries. Why is this information not available? And the rep couldn’t tell me again where the order is being delivered from. This is HORRIBLE customer service. Especially with the pandemic taking place. In store pickups are not available. I have yet to receive my refund but I paid for an item twice which has yet to arrive. And now the problem is being forwarded to another unit who won’t process it for two days. Why don’t they ship with a reputable business?? Those guys are obviously lying to cover up their poor business practices. When do I get MY ORDER??

I called the Salt Lake store and the man on the phone was abrasive and impatient. He continually interrupted me and offered no solution. I ended the phone call feeling both unheard and frustrated. Would not recommend this location!!

I went to Office Depot to see about purchasing a tablet for a birthday gift. I found one and I liked and informed the associate I would like one. I was told it wasn’t in stock but it could be delivered within 2 days. Well Friday came and you guessed it no tablet. I checked the items status and it showed it was still in the warehouse. Being upset I went to Office Depot to get a refund. I explained my situation and that I wanted a refund. Well I wish I had read these reviews because the associate claimed he could not help me . I then asked him if I could apply the purchase price to a more expensive tablet and again couldn’t or wouldn’t help me. He advised me to contact customer service and they could refund my money. I tried and after a long wait on Hold a person with a strong accent told me “ NO “ . She could no help, but was told I would definitely get the package by Monday ( this was Friday evening) . I ask her how a package still in the warehouse could be delivered by Monday I didn’t get a response. So now I’m waiting for the package so I can return it . I don’t want to deal with this company because if they are like this with just a return imagine how their warranty services would be. Don’t waste your time with this company . You will get burned

I wish I could give 0 stars... I ordered a bookcase from Office Depot, which came with cracked sides and almost all corners crushed. Also, there was no hardware for assembly. I spent >2 hours on the phone trying to reach the customer service representative, but no one picked up. I also emailed the customer service - they promised to reply within 3-5 business days, however, they never did. I wrote an opinion about the product on the OfficeDepot website and I attached the pictures with all the cracks and this is what they emailed me: "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!". I have never seen a company that would care less about their client. I will never, ever buy there again. If you don't like to waste money, I would recommend doing the same.

I ordered online on 03-30-2020, they deducted my money from my account then sent me an email stating that it was shipped. I have waited 8 days past my delivery date to check upon it. UPS made a Label for it but has yet to receive my order. But Office Depot says it was shipped. They don't know where it is...so I guess I will get a Refund for it...
