worst costumer support ever I was told from there representative that no one in the department knows anything so if I was to ask even management they wouldn't even know how to help. I was like there is no way every single person in the department could possibly be that dumb

I ordered a product on March 26th, said it would ship in 3 days. Looked for the info online and it could not be found. I called 2 weeks later and was told it would ship shortly, Called 2 weeks later and was told it would ship on the 14th of may. Received cancellation notice today May 11th. Called in they said they did not have the product and cancelled my order. Worst online ordering experience ever. If you don't have it, don't sell it and don't tell customers they are going to get it for almost 2 months.

It has been a month since I have made my order and still no shipment. I have contacts customer service and they told me to wait another few days. Weeks later my order still has not shipped.

worst service in all my years stated item in stock and item was not do your self a favor shop elsewhere customer service is no help 6 weeks waiting lol never again

I am in agreement with the others who would give 0 stars if possible. Order place in the beginning of march - scheduled to be delivered 3/20. Did not arrive - I get it, there's a pandemic - I was understanding and just wanted a status. requested status several times and each time was told that they needed to get in touch with their 3rd party vendor for information. never a reply after that. about 2 weeks ago the $ came out of my account and I got an email that the order shipped - progress you think, but no, still no delivery. each time I request status I am told it has shipped and will be delivered 3/20 - a feat which would only be possible if they had a time machine. then TODAY I am told the item is out of stock and I will be notified when it is available again. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST

This company is horrible, I ordered a product through Walmart, not knowing it was coming from this company, they said they delivered my package on 4/30/20, which I have yet to receive. I emailed them 5/1, and 5/6 I have called numerous times and not having luck getting in touch with anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I purchased a monitor online on 03/31/20, not knowing at that time that this was a "special order". The monitor came and my husband didn't like it because it was too small. I called on or about 04/02/20 to return it and was advised that because of the pandemic I had to wait and call back on 04/20/20. On 04/19/20 I received an email from an individual named Pon who advised that the vendor had been contacted for an update and that they needed 24 hours to review. I never heard back. On 04/26/20 I emailed Pon to let him know that I never heard back on this issue. Again, no response. I called today, 05/04/20, to speak with someone regarding this order and was advised that they were the wrong department because it was a "special order". He transferred me and, surprise! no one was available to take my call. I'll be ordering from Staple only from here on in!

Office Depot stores are pretty good, but online ordering is a disaster, this is my third BAD experience. I ordered an item and was promised two day shipping. In the AM I received a confirmation saying 8 day shipping, and they increased the price and charged my card for the higher price. I immediately cancelled, and the customer support people told me I couldn't cancel because the item had already shipped. This was not the case because no shipping confirmation or tracking number had been received. Dealing with the Office Depot customer service folks is a nightmare.
