Terrible! I ordered a battery back up from officedepot.com and it came broken. I tried to return it to a store and pick up one that worked for my business. they could not return a product I ordered on THEIR website! Why would that be? So I spent 30 minutes on hold on the 1800 number to be told they would email the manufacturer to find out my options. My options? It was broken out of the box! I have a business to run, I cannot spend all this time when online is supposed to be convenient. I hope Quill is not affiliated with Office Depot because that's where I will order from now on! Get it together! No help at all!

Terrible customer service! Ordered online, came in damaged so sent back but they wont refund my money. Keep saying 2-3 days, then 7-10 days, back to 2-3 and again 7-10. Thief's they are

Horrible customer service! They absolutely messed up my delivery order and are completely clueless as to how to make things right. Canceled my order and will spend my money elsewhere!

I have had an account with this company for many years and recently had a balance of less than £40 outstanding on my account which was paid in good time by cheque. Some little while later we received a message saying that we had not paid. In brief Viking had stopped accepting cheques and not bothered telling their customers. We offered an alternative payment provided that they would cover the cost of cancelling the cheque, but they would only do this if we provided "invoice evidence" knowing that we probably would not be able to get a "receipted invoice" from a bank. We then asked them to send a copy of the destroyed cheque but this was also too much trouble. We then said we would close our account unless they were more accommodating, which they clearly refused as they gave 3 days to pay otherwise they would instruct debt recovery agents. As you would expect we paid by credit card and promptly closed our account as they fail to realise that customers have choices.

Like a fool, I ordered a case of Lysol concentrate shortly before I had the toilette paper issue. I received an email stating the Lysol shipped but it never arrived. I was given a refund right away. NO FIGHTING THIS TIME. Apparently a case of Lysol fell off of the UPS truck. Adri offered to send me another case at a discounted price. Twelve hours later I get an email from Chloe stating they can NOT send the Lysol because they are out. Maybe she is angry about the TP refund still. Two times I have ordered from them and two times I have been treated poorly. Do they treat everybody this way? I will get my business supplies from Walmart OR Staples. Instead of sending it to me as soon as it arrives at the warehouse, I have to check and see if it is on the website and reorder it. I was going to delete my complaint to the Federal Trade Commission but not now

Incompetent Service and Company I ordered a printer on May 5, 2020. It said that it would be delivered on May 8. At the end of the day, I received an email informing me a delay was encountered, and that the item will be delivered on May 11. As of May 12, I still have not received the product. Thus, I made a call to customer service, in which the representative claims that they had already attempted to deliver twice. The representative helped me submit a redelivery request, and sent an email that stated the printer will be delivered on May 15. Unfortunately, on May 15, I still have not received the printer, so I called customer service again. In the beginning, the representative claims that the printer will be delivered next Monday (May 15). But upon further questioning the order's status and condition, the representative told me that the product was NOT available, and was NEVER shipped. The representative offered to resubmit the order and offered expedited shipment, but I decided to cancel the order for a refund. I will never do business with this company again. Throughout the entire situation, they have frankly been untruthful and unreliable.

If I could, I would give the company 0 stars. Like everyone else, I ordered a laptop and protection plan, and it's been weeks with no progress. I received a notification that my protection plan was shipped however it has been weeks and there's been no progress. The laptop has not shipped at all and I keep getting the same answers of them "looking into it." Both items were in stock when I ordered, so I'm not sure why there is such an issue with finding out where the products are. This is the first review I have ever left for a company, which should say something. I should have listened to my gut and just ordered from Best Buy. Basically was scammed out of hundreds of dollars.

OD told me that I cannot send an email order as I have been doing for years; I have to do it "online." We can't. #1, the system's limits don't allow us to tell it how to correctly process our printing. #2, it won't take the Store Purchasing Card. That HAS to be presented in person. OD's people told me I have to come into the store. When I said "Your store is 20 miles away, and I don't want to make two 20-mile trips," the manager said, "You can wait for it." Me: "No, I can't. Glue has to dry and that takes several hours." OD guy: "Blah blah changes because of the virus." Me: "Let me get this straight. Because of the virus, you want me to come into your store twice?!" OD: "You can't, we can't, we won't." Very abruptly, effectively ending the conversation. Mind you, this is an order we have been placing via email for years. Don't tell me you're being uncooperative because of the virus. That's simply false. Common sense says you would PREFER I place my order by email and pick it up, as I have been doing for years, rather than come into your store twice.
