I ordered Microsoft 365. It was suppose to be digital delivery. Ordered on May 24. Still do not have. Spent hours with chat, email and phone. This is the worst company. No one can follow through and do their job.

Absolute worst customer service I have received. Office Depot is a joke. In the middle of a pandemic I purchased an item online to help me work from home. Realized it was the wrong part. I tried taking it back and was told I had to wait a few weeks. I did that and then they told me it’s a special item they can’t take in the store. Called the online number and then 48 hrs they emailed me and told me I passed the 30 day waiting period. Are you serious? Every store in America has extended their return policy because of this pandemic but you’re still screwing people over with 30 day return policy. I never get an email back and they send me to voicemail. So basically I’m screwed out of $90 and Office Depot doesn’t care because they got their money. Congrats, I used to shop with you a lot. NEVER AGAIN!

Canceled my online orders. Blames payment system. That's not business. Awful.

I ordered online for “contactless” pickup. I pulled curbside, opened my trunk and pushed the icon on my phone indicating I was here to pickup my order. An employee comes out with no mask carrying a bag. He bends over and gets right in my face. He says he needs to verify our order number. I tell him to back off. He just looks at me. I tell him to back off a second time. Nothing. I finally yell at him. He’s 6 inches from my face. He finally backs off. I ask him why he isn’t wearing a mask. He says he has a medical condition. He then throws our purchase at the open trunk. The bag bounces off the car onto the ground. He picks it up and forcefully throws it in the trunk and walks off. No more Office Depot it Max for me.

Online customer service is the WORST! Looking for a new office supply source.

So today June 3rd 2020 I'm in the line at office depot. I did all the necessary procedures to get to the front of the line. I'm waiting patiently and the person behind the counter precedes to get rude with me and tell me what I need to do instead of being polite and offering me assistance. I was trying to get some paperwork scanned. The store was in Houston Texas off veterans and 1960. Totally disappointing with Monica's service.

After waiting almost 2 weeks for an item that cost $125, I called costumer service because they charge me another $157 for something I never authorized and when I called them I had to wait 30 minutes for costumer service. Never expending my money here again. 👎🏼
