My tv never arrived I purchased the television on June 3rd, it was supposed to arrive on June 12th. I was told by two customer service associates that the item was shipped and I would be contacted by email. Today is June 16th and still no email and still it has not arrived. I am grateful for the third customer service associate I spoke to (kenisha in Indianapolis) after repeated searches she found out that the item was out of stock and never sent. She was surprised to hear I knew nothing about it. 5 stars to her customer service. Thank you again Kenisha for being the only one to find out what really happened. My family does alot of shopping with office depot but this will most likey be the last electronic purchase I make with office max.

This feedback is not about the store but more so the warranty department of the store. I bough a very expensive chair which has a warranty of 3 years. Turns out that the warranty only serves to be a battle ground when you need to use it. They made it so amazingly difficult for me to get what I needed and then in the end I had to go and purchase the other parts I needed from and external company. I will never shop at this place again and suggest you clearly understand what the warranty coverage will and will not support. It seems as they can interpret as needed. Note - I have filed a BBB and Consumer Affairs complaint and I don't do that lightly.

Learn from my experience. My printer in my home office crashed. I need one asap and office depot promised next day delivery by 9:p.m. I hesitated, knowing that amazon would deliver but decided to give Office Depot a try. You know the outcome by now. The printer did not come. I called their so-called customer service and Abby answered. Rude is an understatement. Add to it she did not care at all. The delivery date six days after the promised date and again, Abby was rude in telling me that I was out of luck. Never, never trust this bunch. I had to give them one star because there is not a lower option.

On May 9th, I ordered a gaming motherboard for my first ever gaming PC. It was a mini ITX, for a budget build. So, I got my order confirmation email, and it said that I'd get the package the day I'm writing this review, June 15th, 2020. I figured "well, okay, I'll wait a month, fine with me". So I waited and waited, and I noticed that when I'd check my order status, it always said "in process". It's never been shipped, or anything... What gives? Even here on the day of delivery, June 15th, it still says "in process". So, I decided to get in contact with customer service as the delivery date was approaching. All they'd say was that it was coming today. And so, I decided to context them again today. What followed suit, was nothing short of ridiculous. I confronted them about the fact that it hasn't even shipped on the estimated day of delivery, and they told me that they're working with the 3rd party seller to get the item shipped. So I say, "it's been a month, how long does it take"? And you want to know what they told me? "We don't have an estimated shipping date." So what happened was they took my money and gave me a fake delivery date, when they couldn't even give me a shipping date in the first place. Absolute bull. I've since requested a refund, and I'm never going to give them business again.

Dont trust them, I bought a laptop. When I was paying the sold me a protection plan for 150.00 they said was for 2yrs anything wrong the fix or replace it. 3 weeks later it stopped working. I brought it in they gave me a floor model and said would you like to buy the warranty again. You get one fix and the protection is done. Not what they told me. I will take my future business somewhere els

Purchased this computer on May 26th, with a shipment set for the 27th and next day delivery. However on the 27th I received an email from Office Depot telling me the computer now has an estimated ship date of June 9th. Being as many of us are working from home, I purchased what I believed was a computer. That I would see next day or by that week and wouldn't be. So I made contact via phone and spoke with a rep, they refused to refund me or stop the order . This was all done within a 12hr window, so there was no reason they couldn't stop the order. I then reached out to my bank who did a conference call with me and again they refused to stop the order. Along with that they stated that the computer was NOT in stock and would not be in stock until the 9th of June at the earliest. So I again made another request and they again refused it. It cook me placing a fraud claim and disputing the charge to stop the charge. This company is terrible and after all this I received the pc, shipped it back out today. Although this very return shipping was setup on the 28th. If you want to purchase a computer online, avoid this company at all costs.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! This store promised curbside service and so I bought an office chair. When it came time to pick it up, I was told the chair didn't "qualify for curbside delivery". No one answering phones at the store although I tried 4 times. No one at the main number cared to help and there were no managers available to help. Office Depot just lost the sale and my future business.

Misleading and deceptive. I pre ordered hand sanitizer but the date keep changing. I’m going to cancel the item at this point. Don’t order anything from them.
